I didn't like it at all this is why I didn't write a review they only thing that got the stars was the employee food way too expensive and they charge for everything lil thing turn off I won't go bk sorry not sorry ? disappointed
We like this Boston Market. Unfortunately, they are always a bit understaffed, but they do the best that they can to help all of their customers
I use to love Boston market, but lately the food quality here went down hill. Other then the prices going up, the sizing off the chicken got tremendously small and the pot pie wasn't cooked fully through. Oh well!!! SMH done here

I came in I ordered 1/4 wht meal w 2 sides that was 11.99$ then I ordered a lg side of creamed spinach and they charged me 10.99$ for the 1 side I could have it delivered to my house thru door dash for 7$ were do they get off charging me 4$ more for coming into the store are you kidding me and I called to complain and I was met with sarcasm and got straight out hung up on do not recommend this store plus I am wht and I do speak Spanish the peaple behind the counter take advantage of that and they talk nasty about there customers
Food was mediocre, they didn't have half the sides or meat I wanted. I don't recommend eating there.
Quality has fallen here significantly i think, not sure if it was just this store i visited or the chain itself. I don't eat Boston Market often but I remember when it was a dinner time treat, now its meh at best. The store I visited in deer park didn't even have any food itmes off their menu except for Rotisserie chicken. I thought it was because low staff (like everywhere) but sound like they just stopped making it and hadn't updated posted menu. And the sides were bland in my opinion. At list the rotisserie is still real good.
Asked for the meatloaf, they gave me dried up old garbage left from whenever. I opened it and said this is disgusting, they confronted me for touching it. Said now we can't sell it. Told them I did you a favor!!!!
The employees here have no idea what they’re doing. No one speaks English which makes it impossible to place an order. Half of the food is never ready or they don’t have it available.
Idk. The food was amazing ?? a bit pricey but it may be worth it. The service on the other hand was atrocious! ??
