#1 I am sorry for not knowing his name but he is there every day and not the Owner however I truly hope the owner knows just how valuable he is. He takes extreme pride in this store and his job, Christmas morning and he is PROUD & HAPPY to serve you... The store as well as everything is always VERY clean. Do not judge by its size,the bakery does not have a huge selection, it is under new ownership as of not that long ago and they are growing the business, if they had many baked goods they would not be as fresh as they are or delicious, as they get more customerts I am sure there will be more choices.Now the BAGELS*****????? GREAT, made just the way they should be - *(boiled and baked)*fresh anddelicious. I have gone to every bagel store in Deer Park, they aregood but this one is better. Don't let the location or size be your judge......Go check it out. Well worth it.. Oh yeah, the egg sandwiches are made perfect to the way you order , just one more good reason to go here....,
