Went to the tree lighting with my family tonight and we figured something warm would warm us up. The person at the counter serving us wasn't exactly rude but made us feel rushed and they didn't care and we had to remind him we were adding to our order. We wanted to get the pretzel dogs but they looked like they have been sitting on counter for hours. We got cinnamon pretzel bites, classic pretzel & regular pretzel bites and they were all burnt as well. Not very happy I used to go here for pretzels all the time and it has gone downhill. Very disappointing ?.
One of the best Cinnabon and the prestels I ever had,so fresh,try prestels with the cheese dip,just $1 extra for it,but trust me it’s worth it n a perfect delicious combo,the place is really busy but must say it’s very fast,love the fastest customer service ?need to stop by then one time?
I went on Saturday and it was really good. I even asked the young lady with minimal cinnamon which she did. It was great. Went back June 14th around 5pm it was closed

My son loves the pretzels and believe me they are good! However, I really think that they are a bit overpriced! :(
Charge $18.00 for 2 pretzel and cold drink.Only realized after I walked away.
Everything was good but they ranked out if minutes hot dog pretzels

Watch out, we got sick here once, as a general fule most places are good. This one is debatable, our order had bad butter and sick for 2 days.
