I recently ordered a birthday cake. I was told over the phone that you could choose one flavor and two toppings. What I ended up with was a pistachio yogurt cake, 10 strawberry halves and 10 almonds for $69.99! I was very upset with this situation and contacted the store. I recently received a phone call from a Yogurt Time manager who wanted to discuss my concerns. The manager was polite and extremely helpful. After our conversation, I can say that my family and I will continue to be Yogurt Time customers.
Very expensive and service is horrible. I was waiting at the front for 15 minutes waiting for this lady to come out so I could pay and leave. I kept trying to get her attention because she was in the back room by say “excuse me” but she wasn’t listening. Also the restroom was locked so I had to wait for the lady to come out and unlock the bathroom so I could go. This is honestly rediculous.
The yogurt is ok, but a major major rip off. I got a regular cup and didn't even fill it up. The coat was over 10 dollars. Ridiculous.
