One of few Starbucks locations that can't make 'warm' coffee. It took a while to explain that I want 'warm' coffee (not hot, not iced), then after that I'm still getting hot coffee. If you need advice how to make warm coffee I will let you know how to make it. Don't go there if you like warm coffee like I do.
Now i would normally rate this starbucks a 5 stars but im not for one specific reason. There is one woman by the name of susan who is the up most rudest person ive ever encountered in my life. she doesnt listen to properly place the order. when i order and my order is incorrect she then tells me thats not what i said and insist on shes right. and when i check my order before pulling off she tells with attitude that everything is there as if she’s agitated that im checkin my own bag with items that i paid for. she also made a rude comment to me before i paid and said * Why dont you have any money on your card* keep in mind this is before i loaded my starbucks card! Im disgusted with her service and i will be looking for another starbucks.
They can never get an order right. Every time I order for delivery they either make the wrong product or my items are missing. Never fail to disappoint.
I love the location and seating arrangement. They take a while to get you your drink, but employees are pleasant and friendly.
Susan was very sweet and made my morning. She seemed like such a kind woman and hard worker. Even warned me about black ice!
The manager is amazing. I have PTSD and severe anxiety and they are always so amazing with me. I wish you guys would bring back the chicken chipotle wrap
Awful experience 2nd time I have to this Starbucks no greeting and the staff looked constipated. I have been all over to Starbucks and this worse experience ever.Holiday Spirit Activate.
7:00 p.m Nov 18 i asked the girl at the register for a frappe. I asked what she would recommend , and lets say she was amazing and chose my new fav drink. Super nice employees :)
Ordered through the Uber Eats app today which included a Trenta Iced Green Tea and bagel with cream cheese.Received a Macha Iced Green Tea (which is gross) and a bagel with no cream cheese even though I paid additionally for it.Please re-train your staff to read orders correctly.This is not the first time this location screwed up.
The Starbucks is nice unless you get that one rude lady at the front i said large twice and they gave me a small and then when I told them I actually ordered a large she snapped at me and said that’s not what you told me and I said I’m sorry I would like a large please and then when she gave me the large she turned her back towards me and I said have a good Day ma’am and then I I said it again to have a good Day ma’am and she turned her back towards me and shook her head like I wasn’t worth giving a response to I usually don’t post things like this but this is actually ridiculous I’ve never talk to that rudely before
