Customer service is horrible.. drive thru takes 30min for couple ices
I deliver for this ralphs often and after tonite i will never accept another offer from these absolutely unprofessional absurd people. Left me sitting waiting in the cold after i called ahead and asked if i had to wait on the line- to which they replied noThey than continued to ignore me as i had already left to make the phone call and had been waiting for along time. Rude staff horribly unprofessional- baskin robbins is right down the rd and theres a ralphs in kings park that isnt staffed by people who will be so disrespectful - 0 stars - busto
Commack Ralph's is no longer my spot for Ralph's Ices. I purchase the ices by the quart several times a week during the Spring and Summer months. They are currently charging $12.99 for a quart and a credit card fee. The other Ralph's located in the East Northport and Kings Park area will charge between $10.50 and $11.50.
The prices are to high and the whole time I tasted more mangos then the actual smoothie but the Italian ice was really good

Disaster of service quality and pricesI used to come here couple times a month but the quality last couple of times was a disaster- liquid soft serve, no dip available, baby size, for over $5

The Italian ice isn’t fresh here. It’s hard and chunky like the grocery store. The staff was really rude.
