I hadn't beed to Nisen in several months and they always had great sushi. We went last night and the food was very poor. I have had better sushi in an airport kiosk. The calamari appetizer was very rubbery and the sushi tasted as if it had been left out all day. Very dry and little flavor. I do not plan on going back

Our experience at this restaurant was not good. the food was wonderful and the staff was very good. The problem was the music. It was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation. We had to yell at each other and to the staff. If it hadn't been for that I would have given the place 5 stars. I will be using it for carry out but not for in room dining.
The food was excellent. The booth next to us had a very loud group with some foul language..apparently it was one of the sr mgt team. A little disappointed when trying to enjoy a family dinner.
Waitress was nice, however she took too long to bring our rolls out, the house roll wasn’t fresh, the inside was hard and the avocado had already darken. Was expecting more, won’t be going back.
First time here, and it will not be the last! We were greeted promptly and taken to our booth...which I highly recommend! service was excellent, as was the food.
