This McDonald's is pretty decent and accurate. They know better not to fry their spicy nuggets along with the fries and plain nuggets. So far, I have nothing wrong to complain about with this McDonald's. Keep doing good, guys.
Once again I was at McDonalds in Commack- Vanderbuilt Pkwy.I did not order through the drive thru because the order always comes wrong so I went in to order. I ordered a quarter pounder NO CHEESE meal. I pay $10.85 , I wait, she calls my number. I look in the bag- lady is saying, no cheese, no cheese. I see the modification sticker and that is printed NO CHEESE. Ok- great, I leave , get home and of course you know the rest of the story......quarter pounder WITH cheese. It's always the same story in this place. It's always wrong! Incompetent workers who don't speak, read or understand English and just don't care. I'm done with McDonalds- will never go to any Mc Donald ever again! Your apple pies suck too- should've kept the old recipe. It doesn't matter- I'll never support another Mc Donald's EVER AGAIN.
I just got home. Once again this McDonald's forgot my Hash Browns. My fault that i did not check it at the restaurant. But, being the 2nd time this happened. This is why you are get one star. What is happening with people today not caring about there jobs as we pay more for everything.
2 kids meals, forgot apple slices on both. Service was too long of a wait, but greeted friendly .We ordered chicken nuggets, and were a bit hard (old) The fries were ok but not hot as we received before.
Best McDonald's I've been to in months, paid attention to the little things I asked for such as mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper. Great McDonald's
Food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
The mobile app screwed up the french fries were overdone chicken nuggets were overdone The quarter pounder was dry I don't think I'll be going back to that McDonald's location in the future
Prices go up but the quality seems to go down. Last visit for takeout they have me no sauces for the nuggets, no ketchup for the fries, and no napkins.
Long lines (inside) and they don't put a second person on the register? Also had to wait for a new pot of coffee to be made a few times. Should always have a fresh pot ready to go. 10 to 15 minute wait for a cup of coffee should'nt be (includes waiting online). Otherwise food is always fresh amd delicious as expected.
Great customer service drive thru very busy inside faster very clean inside food is hot when you get it
