Order on phone a pizza pie was told to wait 20-25 min, when arrived to pick up they told that my order was just a slice not a pie .Can't belive that for a slice waiting is for 25 min..Attended didn't even apologized for wrong order, and asked me to wait another 15 min to make a new pie..What a waste of time ..POOR customer service. No value for customer time .

Pizza tastes really good! Roasted vegetable minestrone soup is a must to try .

For basic, quick serve pizza, this is a good option.NY has come a long way from basic toppings and this place has many varieties that would make a traditional, old world pizza maker from Italy question reality.Whether you're a traditionalist or modernist, you will find it here. All sorts of Pizza, salads and Italian entrees. There is no waiter table service, but that is part of the appeal. You order at the counter and grab your own table. No fuss, no muss.A quick, yummy meal.

I called about 5 minutes ahead requesting a couple of slices. The purpose was so that the slices would be ready, as I was under a time crunch. I get there, no one is on the line or waiting, and they only put the slices in about a minute after I paid for it. Thus, my call was pointless. They did nothing.I think their food is great, but they clearly don’t value their customer’s time.I’m going to other places that actually value their customer’s time.

I love Mario’s but this location is not good. I didn’t even finish my slice of pizza and that’s coming from someone who’s been so hungry to take a lunch break. Very disappointed. The staff is nice and the place is nice as well but the pizza is literally doused in sauce. It’s dripping sauce, it’s sour and very acidic. My coworker and myself decided to just throw it out. Hopefully they fix that issue or hire a different cook.

Great pizza. Multi flavor soda machine

Wasn’t very good at all. Pizza was dry and not very good & the baked ziti slice was pretty terrible. Definitely mistake to go here. Plus I kind of got a bad vibe at the front counter. They weren’t very friendly and seemed to be rolling eyes at customers

Marios is a good place to go for delicious pizza. Authentic taste, large slice portions, and cool staff. A bit pricey for slices but worth it and filling.

I ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Portion was good. Alfredo sauce was water down. No taste (no flavor), barely any sauce. I order the same from across the street, last week ( la Scala) 100 times better. Mario's people were nice and place looks clean.

Great/fun pizza and very nice staff. I recommend confirming the items in your order though. Sometimes they tend to get some things wrong, but they certainly accommodate.
