I would give 5 stars for the taste of the sandwiches but unfortunately not for the Hygiene which seems to take place across the chain (at least in two locations ive visited in Commack). The staff although extremely pleasant prepares sandwiches with their hands using the same gloves that they handle money with and also use the register with as well as cleanup between sandwiches. I cannot understand why gloves are not replaced between sandwiches and/or limiting a cashiers duty to just cashier rather than dressing sandwiches with their hands and then proceeding to handle money etc. Has anyone thought about Tongs for the dressings or changing gloves if there are double duties? Corporate you listening?
Ordered online at 1201.1214 arrived not ready said order is lost.1221 still waiting.1224 picked up.It’s 2022, we need better service. Not 20 minutes for a sandwich, these employees do not care about their jobs.

I work right next door basically and go there fairy often. Today the young lady Brianna went above and beyond to make my experience great. She knew that I had been having an bad day and worked in health care and was sure to make my day better. I also wrote to corporate and to compliment her. These are the type of people we need working in these types of places 100000000000 stars just for her
So I work down the road literally down the road. They take too long making sandwiches for me to go there so I order thru there app. One my food said to be delivered 3:01pm I kept tracking them. Past my job and headed north to other stops. My food got delevired 3:15 pmSecond I did not ask for lettuce tomato onion. I wrote Mayo and pepper on special instructions whic I did not get on it The workers there really don’t care about there customers. Shame the quality is really going down hill of customer service with them.12/2/21 ordered again this time i ordered Mayo on my sandwich and which there is none. Again these guys need to be retrained . I thought this place was a good place. So disappointed.12/14/21 Jersey sloppy Mikes again aims to disappoint. Always forgetting something and when you remind them they slop it on. Dont you guys have a quality to maintain?

Love their heroes, but pricey.
We placed an order earlier today which was a fairly simple order, well, for most places. Basic sandwiches and 1 custom which was for a “dairy allergy”. It was 3 sand which was in total and all were done wrong. We called them when we got home and the person on the phone was completely lost.In short don’t go here try another location as the larger ones usually are able to deliver what you order. There small ones are packed with kids that don’t read the orders. Thankfully we checked them as one of us would have been very sick!!
The cook for the Philly cheesesteak is really slow and only does one person at a time. I’ve come in for cold subs and they never cut thru the sandwiches. I go to different Jersey Mike’s like hauppaug, port Jeff and Coram. Service is really good. Sorry guys do better.
Great sandwich. Been there 3x and all 3 I noticed being treated different then whites. I will never go again. Will try one in new Jersey. June 16 2021
