Horrible experience. Placed an order for pickup and was made the wrong pizza. We called back explaining the mistake and was told they would make the correct pizza and deliver it to our house. After an hour of waiting, we placed another call for an update and they never even made the replacement pizza. Finally after almost 2 hours total we got the pizza. Very disappointing because we have had Gino’s before and enjoyed the food.
Delicious ? chicken cutlet and my friend had pizza equally delicious.
Always go here for lunch. Pizza is awesome. Had dinner there a couple time. Awesome as well. Always great service.
-outstanding dough qualityGot two type of grandma slices, one with meat and one with basil& prosciutto. The dough is pretty fluffy & taste is on point. The second one wasnt warmed up too much, so the cheese didnt remelt but the dough saved the pizza for sure. Would come again to try their other slices. Thanks to Benjamin for his great service. Didnt see garlic knots, but assume they got some.
My son and I recently moved nearby and we’ve had deliveries to my son’s apt recently. The food was so good that we decided to eat at the restaurant today, and we loved everything we ate. My margarita pizza was the best I’ve ever tasted - the marinara was outstanding! So far, everything we’ve had is outstanding! I highly recommend Gino’s of Commack! Thanks, Darlene
I’ve been going to the doctor in the building next door for a few weeks now. Today I decided to get some food after leaving the office, and I found Gino’s. The staff here is super friendly, the food is top notch and the drinks were absolutely smashing. Y’all are making me looking forward to my next doctors appointment so I can come back and get some more ?
No idea how they stay in business. (and I mean that as a compliment!). Their portion size is large and the prices are reasonable. Not sure how they make a profit. The food is quite good. I ordered chicken parm and it was very good and the side pasta was with sizeable one with white clam sauce and a bunch of little neck clams. This was like two full dinners for 20 bucks. I've ordered there multiple times and it's always the same. Good food, large portions, great value.
Good food and friendly wait staff. Have been there twice at this point, once for take out lunch and once for dine in dinner. Piesano slice is really good and everything else the table ordered was cooked to perfection.
Just ordered a “ Muzz sticks and chicken parm hero “ . Fast delivery! Muzz sticks had all the cheese still in them , hero loaded with chicken , cheese and sauce with a crusty hero that rips the roof of your mouth! Just the way it should be ! Thanks Gino’s for bringing me back 30 years ! Please stay consistent, some others here started great then fell by the waistline. Keep it consistent , I’m your customer for life !GREAT FOOD !
Food is alright, not sure if worth the price. The reason for the 1 star is horrible delivery service, over 2 hours waiting for my order and the food arrives barely warm
