Apparently they are closed on Mondays. Their online business hours say open , I went there and the restaurant is completely dark and closed. They should update their website.
Went to Foo Luck for first time. First impression was not good at all, had to ask for a take out menu several times since the one on the counter was ripped and missing parts of the menu. After deciding what we wanted I patiently waited (no other customers in the store) several minutes then asked the young man twice if he could take our order. The food had better be better than there poor customer service! Probably will not be going back since we were going to Meat Farms and decided to eat Chinese food tonight. Well we got our food and it was ??. Will never return again, don’t know how they stay in business! Guess some people don’t care what they put in their mouth!
1. They DELIVER without a service like Grubhub or Uber. So you’re not paying extra delivery charges that make Deliverance and Pulp Fiction look like training films.2. The shrimp and lobster sauce is as it should be—lots of egg and ground pork, no peas and carrots….the kind that’s tougher and tougher to find in neighborhood takeout places.3. The egg rolls are plump and loaded up with pork.4. Similarly, the fried rice is moist with a generous amount of pork.5. Fried dumplings are flavorful and the dipping sauce isn’t vinegary.This is great old-style LI take-out chinese food like I remember from the 80’s. Can’t wait to try more dishes.

Picked up food from this location asked for fried rice with my chicken and broccoli and went home opened my package to find out they put pork fried rice. The food wasn’t fully cooked and smelled fishy. Wife called to store and got hung up on. Very rude and don’t recommend this place to anyone.
After placing a 100$ food order they failed to get the order right. An instead of offering to make it right on the next order they want me to drive back with the whole order so they can fix it. Completely unreasonable especially after waiting so long the first time. I mean dang just offer to make it next time I come back. How can you treat repeat customers so poorly.

Sushi was very fishy, all the meet was undercooked and slimy, wonton soup was great but everything thing else from the egg rolls to each type of meat we got was just gross we couldn't even eat it. We ended up just having the soup and ordering pizza. This place used to be the best I am not sure what happened....
