Amazing food and service. The owner Vinny was one of the kindest people I’ve met. The staff and service were great!! Will definitely be back!!
I'd give 5 stars to them because the food is great! But the prices are outrageous and the almost nothing you get for what they charge is sickening! Almost $25 for tortellini with 2 meatballs! I get my sauce on the side because there are only about 25-30pieces of tortellini in the dish and they fill it up with sauce like its soup! There's almost nothing there I'm only 4ft 6 and less than 100lbs and it doesn't fill me up at all. I can't imagine a grown man getting this and being even close to satisfied. Its like an appetizer not a meal!

Coming from a girl who’s dad owned a pizzeria for 20+ years, I am very picky when it comes to pizza spots. But from experience and trying to find the best pizza spot on long island, i can really say this is the best & TASTIEST pizza/food i have tried in a long time!!! So nice when you walk in , the staff is great and friendly. I can really FINALLY say i have found a taste of pizza heaven again. Reminds me of my dads pizzeria just when i was a little girl. Vinny the owner greeted us with open arms.Has great personality. By surprise my niece is dating Frankie the hottie who works there.Vinny brought him to table & said we had complaints. He dropped delivery on our doorstep! Lol kid had no idea who I was! What a great kid! Mussels & baked clams to die for. Definitely eat there! Panini & soup great as well.Definitely go back. My family hosted our daughter's basketball party this evening at Filetto's on Commack Rd. The girls loved their cesar salad, penne alla vodka, meatballs, chicken tenders and cannolis!!!! The food is always delicious, the service is friendly and professional and the ambiance overall consistently lends itself to a wonderful experience! I have been at the Filetto's in East Northport for years and now frequently dine at the restaurant in Commack! It never disappoints. The shrimp scampi pasta dish and eggplant parm are superb! Love! Love! Love!
Can’t stop recommending this Filetto’s to everyone!!! The food is amazing. Especially love the eggplant. Soups are delicious. The flavor of the red sauce is perfect! Pizza by the slice is addicting—can’t leave without one! The service is friendly—with attention paid to details.
I was in town and needed a quick bite and drink. Filetto’s was a quick walk away and I’m glad I stopped by. They were closing in 5 minutes but let me sit at the bar to grab a quick drink. I had a great time talking to my bartenders, Kim and Jenny. Even though the kitchen was closed, they recommended grabbing a slice from the front. I tried the grandma slice and it was excellent! I can’t wait to come back and try the other food options. Friendly and inviting staff, excellent food and an overall amazing experience!

Just tried this place yesterday. Pizza was very good! However, (and I can’t believe this is an actual complaint), there was a little too much cheese on the slices. It took away from the taste of the sauce and the texture of the crust.That being said, I will go back!
