They don’t want to honor coupons. Poor management. Also when you cut open their cakes, the have severely reduced amount of crunchies and vanilla. They always skimp out on toppings as well. Pathetic, trying to cut corners and charge the same price as others. Will not return, going to the farther carvel in smithtown on principle. Avoid at all costs.
Good ice cream
I ordered a picture cake and it came out perfect! The picture was exactly what I requested. The ice cream was very fresh and creamy with a generous amount of crunchies in the middle of the cake. The store is also bright, clean, and friendly every time I visit it.
I loved this Carvel, very well taken care of establishment with signs of great management. My cake order was taken by an incredibly kind and understanding employee who helped my family and I to a satisfying meal.
The Dark green icing cream colour of the cake was so strong that all ten guests and ourselves had Dark green lips; mouth ; fingers and nails. It was so bad that , Inspite of washing with soap , it didn’t go away. Bummer -Everyone had dark green stools for continuously 3 days & some guests faced upset stomach including me . After informing Ms.May, all I got was an unapologetic sorry.Definitely never ordering from here again. Not recommended!!!!

Every time I’ve visited this Carvel, it is always well kept and clean. Of course the ice cream is delicious and the cones are always fresh. The staff members at this Carvel are continuously friendly and efficient. Finally, the owner, May, is so sweet and polite she makes everyone feel welcome in her shop.
Love carvel ice cream. Girl who was working was very sweet and polite and made sure to say thank you and have a good weekend.
