I got a burger, fries, a drink, and an ice cream. Cost me about $25. Is it a good burger? Sure, but you can get a burger just as good for less money elsewhere. The fries aren't crunchy, which isn't for everyone, the fry seasoning is oddly bland, but at least everything was filling. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly.
Overall a really yummy and delicious burger. The truffle fries were amazing but I never got the truffle sauce. Didn't know I was missing it until I got it a second time! Burgers are off the hook! I get the lettuce wrap. Their burgers are higher quality and Tastier then most chains, high end themed burger joints and diners. Onion rings are huge, crispy..not greasy at all onion stays in the batter awesome crunch and delicious! Friendly staff. I just am not a big fan of the seating. Should be booths not metal chairs a little uncomfortable. I Wish they had a location in Huntington one of the best burgers joints!
Great customer care, the chicken sandwich was good, not greasy at all. Though not the best.Fries were pretty good. The oreo shake was top quality. They were too expensive. Nearly $50 for 2 meals.
I tried to place an order on the app, but the app is terrible. It doesn't let you customize anything, except to remove things. I went to the restaurant and ordered at the counter. After waiting 20 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries, my order still wasn't ready. The restaurant wasn't that busy.. I went back to the register and asked what was going on and was told,, "it will be up soon"I asked what does that mean time wise? After he asked in the back about my order, he came back and said 5 minutes. I told him if it's not ready in 5 minutes, I'm canceling the order and want a refund. 8 minutes later my order still wasn't up. I went to the register and he said hold on it should be ready. My order disappeared from their screen and nobody knew what happened? The manager came to the register to give me a refund and while she was doing it, they found my order? I told her to forget the refund, I'll just take the order and go.She refunded 50 % anyway. I got home, and the order was wrong. Never going there again. How are they in business??
My daughter ordered online and my husband picked up. Burger was great didn't taste grease. Fries could be little longer slices many of them are broken like bottom of the bag. But could be better and it will be much better if we eat there then it will be perfect temperature. It's better than many burgers restaurants.
This place is pretty good. The food is very fresh and the inside is clean. Slightly higher price than other burger places but I think the quality is reflected so I don't mind. It can take a while for your food but is usually crowded inside so be prepared to wait.
Great veggie burger!! Fries could've been hotter. Don't get the cajun spices on the fries. Way too much salt. The onion rings are huge. They must get their onions from someplace special.
Food here is incredible!! And the service was impeccable! The manager Alexandra made sure everyone was taken care of!!
it was my first time trying this, best veggie burger i had ! juicy and flavorfull, excellent service but more staff is needed, poor girl at cashier was taking orders, making shakes, giving out orders, serving the food to the tables, bringing the food outside to the curbside orders, serving the uber orders and answering the phones , it was just crazy all that for her. i got there when it was empty but after i placed my order more people came and order wait was 45 minutes for them, my fries were serve cold from sitting too long with everything that girl had to do to tend to customers, the girl never lost her cool , very courteos and friendly had a smile the whole time, give her a big bonus for enduring that !!!!
