Not bad, but for the price of 2 meals. Not family friendly prices. Definitely changed something in how food is perhaps as well.

Just perfect! On time and everything just the way we ordered it.
Today I ordered the chicken with white gravy. The gravy so watery it ran off the chicken like spicy milk. The manager tried to convince me that's how it's supposed to be. I told him to look at the picture. Now look at my order. I requested him to take it back and I'll just have the 1/4 rotisserie chicken. That was even worse. It was overcooked as if it were left over from yesterday. It was very evident the manager does not care about the quality of food he is serving. No one is expecting a Michelin experience. However if I wanted leftovers I would have eaten at home. Needless to say I threw my lunch away and told him keep thev$15 I spent. He lost a customer... and with this service he will need that money more than I do
This place is getting so cheap with the food serving. Manager tried to give me chicken scraps and said it was a 1/4 chicken white. Then argued with me about that there was nothing wrong with scraps. The tray was exposed no cover. The meat looked dried. I told him that it is not what I paid for and that I wanted what I paid for. I am really disappointed. This place has changed drastically over the years.
Good service .Many choices and good food .
Boston Market no matter the location is often a long wait on chicken. Last night was told it would be a 40 minute wait. Don't restaurants prepare for a dinner crowd? Very disappointed. Food always cold. Restaurants need to offer microwaves in the dining area to heat up meals
Let me start off by saying I’m only doing this because someone is going to get very sick. I went in there first of all no rotisserie chicken so we had to settle for the fried chicken. 2 dinners that looked like a high school lunch was 30 dollars. One tiny piece of chicken and two table spoons of sides. That’s not the worst part. The mac & cheese was sour and chicken was very off. I immediately got very sick and shortly after my girlfriend as well . Sides looked like they have been sitting out for 2 days.Stay away from this place you will get food poisoning !!!!
I used to frequent this Boston Market on a regular basis and it has taken a change for the worst. Filthy tables, no napkins, no ice. I asked the manager for some napkins and he said I'll bring some out to you. He never came I had to get up while my food got cold to get some . Asked the cashier there is no ice he said not now I think he was high or something what does not now mean ? Not now ???? Avoid.
So a little disappointed that I paid $25 for 4 sides and I had to be told by another customer that there was a sampler of sides for just 7.49. Good customer service would have informed me. To add to that it wasn't that great but I'm assuming because it was the end of the night...just a little disappointed
