Best Baskin Robbins in the area. Cleanest place with most flavors
I went to the baskin Robbins to buy icecream for4 of us.After I stood on-line for awhile,the owner told me I wason the wrong line,that I could only get donuts on his line!I asked why I have to standin a different line.Well he got all nasty about it. So I had to go stand on the icecream line.While I was waiting,he got into a verbal argument with another lady.So I am still waiting to get helped and here comes the owner and he says"what do you need?I said first of all,you have chill out. Then he became a little nicer when he saw all I was ordering.I almost walked out,but my friends wanted the icecream.Also they only had vanilla and it tasted like crystals were in it.I did not care for it.
It's ice cream at Baskin Robbins! What could be bad? The ice cream is creamy, flavorful and delish! Good toppings. Friendly service. Definitely worth stopping on the way home to cool off with a cold treat!

So we order a caramel cappuccino blast. Was made right rhe first time but upon getting it. There was dust and hair all in the lid on the inside so we politely asked for it to be maid again. The second time order was completely wrong and the woman making it gave us a really nasty attitude. So we asked to speak to the manager in which she said "I made it the way they wanted it and now they dont" so instead of the manager coming to see qhats wrong they just gave us the money to shut us up when all we wanted was the drinj.poor management but the first girl who helped us was nice and did it right but the dust and hair...

This used to be my go to shop for 20 years. I used to buy a minimum of 7 ice cream cakes a year and went there at least 35 of 52 weeks. Since the recent staff change this has become a very badly managed place. Most of the staff is rude and more interested in gossip than customer service. Even though I always tip since I believe in tips but they cannot even muster up a thank you. Sad you lost us as a customer. There are plenty other Baskin Robbins that will appreciate me as a loyal customer. Maybe corporate should take more time training your staff in customer service.
