At 7:32 pm today I went to the drive thru (first car in line) and waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged or order taken. Was completely ignored, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe their sensor was broken and they simply didn’t know I was there. So I drove around to the window, made eye contact with one of THREE men “working” there, but no one ever came over to acknowledge me or take my order. I proceeded to honk so as to get their attention, but was ignored. I went inside, made eye contact with the same guy, said hello, he replied and then turned his back to me. There was a woman there with her child who was not ordering food, but had been in a conversation with the man just prior to me walking in. I asked again to be served but was ignored again. I asked for the store number so that I could make a formal complaint (total Karen move, but I felt it was warranted), but the employees all ignored me. The woman who had been standing there provided the store number to me and informed me that she was a manager at that store but wasn’t working. She also mentioned that they were “short staffed” but they were not actively working on ANY orders! They had no orders at all and were ignoring the customers who were attempting to order. The car that was behind me in the drive thru eventually went inside, were obviously ignored as well and ended up at another restaurant shortly after us. The third car that also pulled up drove away as well. So three cars worth of revenue was lost because of lazy workers. I understand being busy, but this was not that. This was just bad service and a complete lack of accountability. These employees should have been fired and the manager who was standing there with her daughter ignoring these employees poor customer service skills should be retrained because on the clock or not, I never take my manager hat off. If I see something at my work that I know is not okay, I step in, whether on the clock or not.
Honestly they need a new manager or honest employees. Are used to work at a Wendy’s and I tried to order a frosty-cinno The other morning and they told me that their frosting machine doesn’t work. Well funny enough because I used to work there I know that you don’t need the frosty machine to work in order to make that. Honestly I would’ve appreciated if they said they just straight up didn’t want to make it you really just need the bag of the mix.
Ok so I know its just fast food, but this was by far one of the worst experiences ever!! It was around 830pm and nobody was in line. The woman who took our order sounded SO miserable on the other end. Like it was painful for her to be working. We waited probably 15 minutes for our food. everything was cold. The fries were SO STALE, cold and HARD we couldn't even eat them!!! When we got home and opened our sandwiches, the bread was hard as a rock you could knock on it. This was such a let down after paying $27 for food. Wendy's has always been one of my favorites and after this I'm not going to be coming back here... Quality control has gone WAY down.
Where to start, i sat at the drive thru box for 15 minutes until I said something after the guy said give me a minute. That was my first mistake, i had a mobile order, after I said that the guy told me to pull up to the window. There was someone in front of me, i finally get to the window after another 15 minutes of waiting. The guy opened the window and said one minute and continued his conversation with his coworkers. Opened the window and apologized because they were talking about celebrities. He gave me my food with 3 missing items which I called him out on. He told me he had to refund the frostys because their machine was broken even though he gave a frosty to the person in front of me. He then decided to argue with me because my order didn't have a second drink on it and finally gave me my second drink after I showed him my receipt. And by the way I am still waiting for the refund. Never will come back to this location. Fast food workers want a higher hourly wage but can't provide quality customer service. I find this location a disappointment to the Wendy's brand. And feel as if they should higher all new staff.
redhead working window is very rude. taking 1 cars order at a time and not taking another until that order is out. was at speaker for 10 min and window for 10 more. when we finally got to window girl ripped the card out of our hand and SLAMMED the window shut. I should have followed the 5 other cars and left. bad service ruins everything for me. I work in the industry also and no matter how short handed would NEVER treat a customer that way.
This Wendy's location is terrible. There is always something wrong. One day they can only take cash, the drive through speaker doesn't work, they're out of salad. And always slow service. It never fails. The food is generally good if you can wait through all the nonsense. SMH...
Why this place is still in business is beyond me. People flee the drivethru like refugees because they are sick of waiting in line 20 minutes just to take an order. Going inside is an even worse experience. Employees joke around, walk around carelessly, and seem to not care one ounce about the fact that they are literally screwing with people's time. This place would be more useful as a parking lot. Zero stars.
Please please PLEASE do NOT go here. I have never left a bad review before but this Wendy’s is so poorly run. Management is controlled by entitled stuck up kids who just dance and fool around in the kitchen. My boyfriend and I came here around 8:45pm when they close at 11pm to find that that the doors were locked. When we looked in one kid working was sleeping in the booth, a young girl with braces was on her phone, and two young boys at the front also just on their phones. We waited about 10mins to try and order food just for them to turn off the lights outside on the ordering screen. When we pulled up to the window my boyfriend had asked the young girl with braces when the dining area closed and she said “It closes when we want it too” as she chewed her gum in our face. Completely rude and ignorant. Never again.
Dining room hasn't been open during the week in MONTHS!! Drive thru takes an unacceptable amount of time to get thru and employees have been extremely rude and "put out" seemingly the last 2 times I've gone. I actually tried around 8 times to get food but the wait time is insane. They should just close if they don't have the staff to run the place with some sort of efficiency.
Pretty fun of the mill. I actually stopped here to try their app for the first time. The app itself was fine, and the service was quick. That being said customizations to my order were not followed. While it wasn't a huge thing accurate preparation of orders is something important in this business.I'm sure I'll stop in again, but I will double check my order before I leave too.
