Good enough bagels. Called to place an order as I was driving into work and was told "their system was down" .... what system, put a pen to paper and make a sandwich....Overall, the wait wasn't extraordinary, but west end Bagels is as good if not better
I come here all the time and the coffee and food is delicious. It’s a great ambience for a nice spot to hang out with friends or do some computer work. I just feel like it’s been going downhill over the past few months with the attitude of the workers over time. I went yesterday with my boyfriend and while glancing at the menu (which didn’t take us not even a minute because we knew what we wanted) the girl at the counter had the biggest attitude and seemed like we were taking forever. No one has time for this in the morning. Especially before caffeine. This use to be a friendly atmosphere. Want attitude and grumpiness before you start your day, go here. And they also got my order wrong… idk what is confusing about a bagel with half cream cheese on it.
I like it a lot! Too bad there isn't one near where I live. I'm always very pleased with the coffee and the staff has always been very friendly.
Friendly staff, great service, best hot chocolate I have ever had! Got a bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich too, was pretty good. Definitely could have been better with another egg maybe.
It's cozy but limited. Great vibe for the daily grind and good seating with wifi make it an excellent labtop office!Not much for gluten free unfortunately but that's even more uncommon
I could have stayed here all day the environment was so chill the food was delicious the coffee was rich the staff was absolutely amazing I have not seen cream cheese on a bagel like this since I went to Long Island.I almost don't want to put this review because I don't want it getting overcrowded it is centrally located great parking and plenty of space and seating for everyone

Even tho everyone at the shop has Dyed hair I still enjoyed my bagel. It was a delight from god and I would trade my life for it any day of 2016
