Ridiculously slow at night and for no aparent reason. Line was wrapped out the parking lot down the street. I sat at the ordering spot for 20 minutes total 15 after the car in front of me had moved. Called over the speaker to be told just one moment please.. placed my order finally and pulled up.. there was no one at all there...are they under staffed and over worked? Probably..
First experience at taco bell as a canadian who doesn't have those at home and not my type. I mean, 2 stars because the girl were nice and that it's cheap but the food? I enjoy burritos but this is not what I expected. Not enough meat and flavor. Tacos were ok. The iced drink were awefull and chips were unsalted. Nothing against the label, it's just not my type of mexican food.
Can we talk about the drive through? This has been an issue since I can remember in the early 2000s at this location.It is literally a trap. Once you commit you cannot leave. Not a big deal if things were quick but this place is extremely slow. You’re trapped there for an undetermined amount of time. This caused me to be 15 minutes back from a lunch break and miss an appointment.Then there’s the matter of them randomly not accepting credit cards…so at this point I’ve been trapped there for 25 minutes and can’t pay and also can’t leave.How the hell is this acceptable? There is tons of room for a remedy of widening that section of pavement.I keep hoping it has changed but I give up. The coupon will not save you this time
Customer service is terrible. They take 1 order at a time. I waited for my order to be taken for 10 minutes to be told after I ordered they didn't have any product left. It's 11pm you guys close at 2 get it together. Worst taco bell I've ever been too
I'm currently in the drive-thru. I ordered through the app. It's now 12:16am. 19 freaking minutes with 1 car in front of me. Two additional employees outside smoking. This is what you get when you pay non-skilled people $15 an hour. Entitlement at its best!. I will never come here again. Taco bell, just fire employees that don't want to work. EDIT after receiving order ... Both my burritos were made incorrect. There was a line of 10 cars in the Drive-Thru as I pulled away. I just threw them away. I wasn't going to wait an hour to resolve the order. I would give them a negative Stars if I could. McDonald's will start getting my business again.
If i could rate zero I would. I got a 5 layer burrito which are very good. (Usually) this was the most unappetizing thing I got. I took one bit and it was disgusting and I open it up and find this, onions beans, a pipe of Greece, and 1 diced tomatoe. That is disgusting. Do better taco bell, this location is terrible.
I told the guy in the drive-through that we had three orders, and then he openly side through the drive-through so all of us could hear him, clearly he was pretty upset that I told him that. He should’ve kept that himself. Probably won’t be coming back and then my friend asked for a lot of sauce because he got three quesadillas, and he did not receive a single packet of sauce. Will not be going back

If you didn't, now you do.What are some of famous slogans that remind me of taco bell......think outside the bun, open till midnight or later and there famous super bowl ad Gidget, nicknamed the "Taco Bell Chihuahua".Well if I need to talk of one item there....it would be the item that is not on the menu.....it is their fire sauce. I have no words to describe the taste....it's made of jalapeno peppers, tomato puree, chili pepper and onions. This sauce is perfect for adding an intense kick of flavor to your gorditas, chelupas, tacos, burritos, fajitas and whatever else you think off on the menu at taco bell. This sauce creates a whole new taste that blends in with their food that creates the right amount of spiciness to make your mouth water even as I'm writing this.My marraige sauce for sure didn't have the right ingredients. However,I loved the pick up lines on the packets that I would always share with my ex wife while I dated her. I probably still have that Marry me packet some where that I saved.
Just moved here from a different state and... Unfortunately I wasn't very happy with my experience. I've ordered twice since moving here (2weeks ago) and both times I've been missing food, or it's been made improperly
I don't understand why it's so hard to make an order correctly but it seems like almost every Taco Bell I go to there is either something missing or something made incorrectly. This order was simple 2 flaming cool ranch Doritos locos supreme combo box, 5-layer burrito, spicy potato soft taco, 2 sides of creamy jalapeno sauce. First I got the order with none of the sides or sauces & no drinks, so I had to ask for those, then I get home (15m away) to realize that 1 of the taco combo box was regular basic tacos so cool...now they charged me for the extra yet they gave me basic... I can't stress this enough but check your order, open it and look at it cause apparently it's too hard to follow directions.
