This has been maybe the 4th time I have come and ordered a cappuccino, wet. Which is light foam. I get asked if I want a "Latte" because it is the same thing. It actually is not the same thing. I said I would like a cappuccino with light foam. I was received with a comment of "well a cappuccino is prominently foam" I am combated with every time I ask for a simple order. And is always inconsistent.

This Starbucks can not make a mocha Frappuccino to save their lives this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem but a perfectly blended Frappuccino should be a light light brown / tan color and this one is super dark. Taste terrible and I had to go through the drive thru twice because who ever made it the first time, put caramel in it, one sip I spit it out because caramel literally makes me sick. ALSO time and time again this happens, chocolate mocha drizzle does not belong on a mocha Frappuccino whipped cream. That is not the recipe. When I do say “no drizzle on the whip please” they’ll say “it doesn’t come with it.” But when I don’t say it.. that’s when they put it on. It taste terrible. Please learn how to make a proper Frappuccino. Latham makes it perfect but I work in Clifton park so sometimes it’s just more convenient.

The supply chain hits them really hard but they have always been sweet and hustling like mad. Use the app in advance, helps to know what they have and don't have. Though too many mobile orders are tough. It's a really difficult time to be in any kind of customer service role, so let's cut them slack when it takes a while or they're out of stuff. They always make it right and can't exactly control the supply chain routes.

I got the caramel brulée latte. It was so good! Definitely reccomend it!

I'm not really the type to leave bad reviews, because everyone has their off days and customer service jobs are tough. However, my experience here was quite ridiculous. I needed a simple return for an item they no longer had that i mobile ordered. As I was explaining my situation, the employees in the background were muttering about it and essentially trash talking me i front of me. The whole experience felt like middle school bullies. Highly unprofessional and rude.

I’d give zero stars if I could! Terrible avoid at all costs unless you want to wait for half hour+…they let you order online for in store pick up then close the cafe forcing you to either leave without a refund or sit in a 40+ plus min drive thru. No matter what time you go the drive thru line is ridiculous so I’d always order inside and pick up. I’d go 10-15 minutes after my order pick up time and usually would still wait 10-15 minutes. Now that they have closed the inside and forced all Mobil orders into the drive thru even cafe pick ups it’s ridiculous you’re looking at 45 min. To an hour in the drive thru

took me half hour on the drive thru today, not sure what’s going but the line was really awful!

Better than the other options

I’ve come here for years but I ordered through the mobile app this morning and they closed the lobby!!!! They made everyone go through the drive thru line to get their online order. Which defeats the whole purpose of the online mobile order to go!!!! I then couldn’t wait in line so I came back 2 hours later during my lunch break and it was still closed. I called to see if they could run out my order seeing that the line for the drive thru was still wrapped around the building. The lady was very rude to me about it but there was several people that came up to the door to get their order and huffed and puffed walking away. Maybe trying to put on the Starbucks app that the mobile order is down for the day, like they have in the past?! I understand times are hard and everywhere it short staffed, but there was a lot of angry customers today due to false advertising and rude baristas. Thank you.

Im not much of a coffee drinker but my wife is so spend some time there.. it's always been a great experience with their quality of service they provide.
