I've only gotten sweet lassies there but they're the best sweet lassies I've ever had. They've got cardamom seeds in them and they just taste heavenly. Yes I'm basing my entire view of a restaurant on a sweet lassi because if you can't make a sweet lassi then you probably shouldn't cook. But if you can make a sweet lassi there's probably nothing you can't do. When I eat there I add to this.
So good! I’ve had the lunch buffet, dinner and takeout. Multiple times. Buffet is a great way to try lots of different things if you’re not real familiar with Indian food. The takeout lunch boxes are priced like a good deli sandwich but you get so much more- you get a wholesome meal. If you love Indian food as I do, you must try it. It’s consistently wonderful!
I’m not often inclined to write google reviews, but this was so good it motivated me. My wife and I stopped in on a whim to order takeout. Even after an hour drive home it was some of the best takeout we’ve ever had. Their staff was helpful and knowledgeable. My wife has a dairy allergy and eating with peace of mind is very important. They knew exactly what they could adjust and listed all of their vegan options clearly. And then the food itself: exploding with flavor! Can’t recommend highly enough.
The best Indian restaurant in the capital region I have visited many Indian restaurants that claim to have good food, but spice malabar is the best if you want great authentic Indian cuisine this is the place to go. Delicious food and great friendly customer service. This is now my go to spot for Indian cuisine.
My favorite place to eat in Clifton park. The food comes out fresh and hot every time I eat here. I eat at this place at least twice a month and have never had a bad service. They are very consistent and accommodating. Love this place.
The thing I missed most after living bin London was being able to get GREAT Indian food. Tonight I found my local curry house! The food is terrific!! Spices are perfectly blended. Portions were generous. We will be ordering from here regularly!! Thank you!!
Delicious! Fresh food with a wonderful blend of flavors. The portions were plentiful and the staff was friendly and professional. I wish I lived a little closer so I could be a more frequent guest. The establishment is clean and I saw no Covid violations whatsoever, unlike the last reviewer claimed.
It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and the waiter offered recommendations from the menu to my husband and me. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the portions were generous enough for a second serving. We will definitely eat here again! Thank you.
Absolute heaven! Please add me to the list of people SO glad that I don't have to travel to Latham any longer to get this level of flavor and variety. I ordered the Vegetarian Potato Bondo, Masala, Mulligatawny soup and Ragada and even had it delivered via Grub Hub and none of it disappointed. This flavor profile is my absolute favorite and I am so excited to become a regular. Thank you Mr. George for opening in Clifton Park... BEST. FOOD. EVER. :)
In middle of covid, when ENTIRE restaurant was empty they had next group less than a feet away table from us and when I told them the owner(he said was one of the owners) didn’t apologize and ignored my comments.His only comment was how one table had reservation but what rest of the tables at the restaurant. At the very least he could have offered to move us!
