I'm highly disappointed the pizza was just straight disrespectful...It's was gross.. The chicken alfredo was bad!!!! the chicken had a very strong sour tasted the texture was questionable .. it was rotten!!! I called when I got home to complain the lady was very condescending talking...I didn't even care for anything they wanted to offer yesss that's how bad it was.Don't waste your time or money something is very off at this place..
The reason I'm giving a two-star is because of Michael from Pizza Hut that answered the phone and took my order. He was helpful outgoing and very polite. Spoke to him twice about my order because I was getting it a couple hours later for dinner. We ordered the large pan meat lovers with extra sauce and an order of cheese sticks with extra extra sauce. Did ask for paper plates napkins etc never received them. There was three of us eating the food some of the meats tasted a little dry the ham was very very crunchy and the sausage was a little grizzly but overall everything tasted good. My opinion their breadsticks with cheese tasted better than the pizza. But the three of us for 3 Days couldn't stay out of the bathroom. Not good, not fun. Something was definitely wrong I believe with the pizza. And I have an order from them in about 2 years because it's inconvenient and they don't deliver to me. $28.10 down the toilet literally
Someone put down the phone 4 TIMES ON ME. I was ordering pizza like I usually do. Their answer machine with the automated messages are terrible. They repeat the same thing and don’t get me on the line with an actual person. I would like a refund as well but I don’t know who to contact for this. I paid cash. I’d be willing to speak to someone from Pizza Hut to make this right but this is crazy. I’ve been on hold for 20 min. The food was nasty and the people were even worse. Seriously guys, step it up, I’m paying a lot of money each time.
my food was overcooked and cold... It came by doordash which I consciously attempted to avoid. when ordered stated 35 minutes, but then tracking changed to door dash and added another 30 minutes.. when delivered it was not in a bag and was cold...
Pizza Hut app said my order was ready when in fact it was another 10 minutes before it actually was ready. Then they made medium pizzas when I ordered large - I was told it would be 8 to 10 minutes to make new ones. My order was finally ready nearly 20 minutes after that point.
I would have strongly agreed if the store was more consistent. Some days the pizza is awesome other days not so much. And they use to brush on a buttery garlic on the crust, not anymore ?
No issues, food was on time, no issue with taste.
I order from this location quite a bit and they are always friendly, professional and helpful. Deliveries at non peak hours are quick and the food is always HOT.
The restaurant was very busy, my emailed time was 5:25 pm to pick up my pizza. I didnt leave the restaurant until 5:50 pm. Wish I knew that before I waited with 10 to 12 other people . This was not the employees fault, they were doing their best, but the system needed to be updated as far as wait times.
I would like to receive the correct items ordered
