Ordered here tonight and the chips were soggy. My bowl was horrible. The meat was barely there and fatty. They didn’t have tops for the salsa to go. The cleanliness just from the 3 minutes I was in there looked terrible. Honestly not sure how this location is still open. I’ve heard from family it’s a bad spot to goat this location but today was the decision maker for me.

Team member were terrible they did not greet at all while coming. While leaving I said Thank You have a nice day Loud and clear no response.Half of the things weren't available ?No smiling face it felt as if they were forced to work.Google says it's open till 9 they closed the doors at 7:50.Very much disappointed

It is sad for me to have to write this review, but this place needs better management. For the past month I have gone to this Moe's a total of 4 times and every time there is a different excuse as to why they can't serve me. I understand restaurants and businesses are short staffed, which I completely understand. The excuses I have been getting is "our systems are down" or "we aren't accepting in store orders just online orders." In my opinion it should be the complete opposite, if someone drives to your store to get food they should be served (depending on where people live people gotta drive there). The last two times they told me they aren't accepting online orders and that if I want to order I would have to order online. Earlier today I went in and I was the only person in line and they still turned me away because they had too many online orders. I even asked so I can still order online correct? And the workers response was "I think so". To me this should be different, if a customer is willing and ready to eat and spend money at your place I feel you should stop online orders and serve them, not turn them away. I love Moe's and been going to this location ever since it was new, never write reviews but this has happened 4 times in the past month.

For the last year or so this place has been becoming increasingly dirty. I ate there today with my family, may 2022, and I will not be returning. The longer I was there the more grossed out I became. Everywhere you look is so dirty. I feel bad for the employees, they were very friendly. Management needs a big overhaul. Unfortunate because it’s my kids favorite. If I could give zero stars I would.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars so disappointing because it used to be one of my favorite places. I go in today with people waiting no one being taken care of. Someone at the register waiting be to cashed out and all i see is the female that was working front on facetime blantantly ignoring customers and talking about thc cookies. Horrible workers and horrible establashment. Will never come back.

Just brought my kids to Moe’s in Clifton Park, NY around 6:45-7pm. We walked in the door and was immediately asked if we had ordered online. I told them we did not. I was then advised that they were only working on online orders and would not serve us because they were behind. Not only did they lose my $40 order tonight.. they have lost my business for good. Would not recommend this place at all. Terrible service. Staff is not friendly.

Went today(Sunday - 1/9/22) for their kid's eat free day and was told upon entering that they were accepting online orders only. I figured they just wanted to keep their dining area clear as they didn't want to risk having mask-less people around. That would have been understandable, but since I had already driven out and had no prior information to indicate that this would be the case, I asked how long it would take if I ordered on the app and waited in the car and was told it would be at least 15 - 20 minutes. We left, walked to the nearby 5 Guys. and ate their instead. On our way back to the car we passed Moe's again and there were two tables occupied with people eating without a mask. I went in and asked if they had changed their policy in the last 20 minutes and the employee said that they could eat in as they had ordered via the app.My question is, what on earth is the desired effect of this rule? On paper it seems like it would be to protect their employee's, which again, would be fine, but then why not just say the dining area is closed and just allow carry out/delivery.Admittedly, it has been awhile since I've used the app(for the same reasons others have mentioned i.e. smaller portions), but I don't recall it having the ability to positively identify covid cases. We're still going to eat here as my family loves Moe's and we aren't going to drive all the way to Latham, but this location is in desperate need of a management refresh.

Why when you order online and pick up in the store the portions are very small? It’s sad! I definitely did not get the same portion as I do when I order in person.

That was my first time ever having it everything was good except the chicken was dry

Ordered through Door Dash. Dasher was told order was all in place. Ordered Taco Kit - no tacos. Ordered Nachos - no toppings. Promotion - Chips and salsa on us - No Salsa. Called Moe's - was told nothing they could do, thought everything was there. Door dash very apologetic. Gave partial credit. Not the fault of Door dash. Moe's was at fault and apparently didn't care. Will not order from Clifton Park facility due to incompetence and bad customer service attitude.
