Sinks don’t work, hand dryers don’t work, stand at the counter for 10 minutes just to over pay for a coffee
I am beyond frustrated with this place!!! I have been sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes waiting for them to bring out my food and they forgot about me!!!! They are so rude!!!
Took forever to get 2 happy meals 1 of which was a special order which they totally ignored and my 4 year old was very upset
9:20pm @ night, store says it’s open until 10pm?Go through the drive thru and they said they are closed for cleaning?? Ummm 40 minutes early??Wonder if your store owner knows you close early? Losing them ALOT of business.
Usually quick n accurate, their drive thru design works well,if tricky to get in line depending on where you enter. Never had an issue with this place ;)
Disgusting behavior. They forgot a fry. Store was open so bad to go back around in drive through, was then asked for a receipt at the first windows which I wasn’t given one and told he couldn’t help me so had to wait another 10 mins, when I told them they forgot a large fry. He said nothing walked away, then came back and handed us a fry, and said it only said one fry on the screen that’s why you didn’t get it and slammed the window shut. No apology or anything. We only ordered one fry….. and didn’t get it… so not sure what his point was. But disgusting behavior. Tried calling store to speak to manager no answer. So I will be calling again and also calling customer service. Never seen anything like that in my life. DONT GO HERE

Just went to this Mcdonalds before 9pm and there’s no one there! ??
The store (is/was) under construction. There was a nice clear sign set up that said 'Drive Thru Open,' so we went through to order at the window. After eight or none minutes of waiting with zero McDonald's activity, cars started to leave and we finally got up to the window; after another lengthy wait, an employee finally came to the window and told us that they couldn't take orders for at least 30 more minutes. A total of about fifteen wasted minutes. I thought we were being polite and understanding by waiting.
