Was pleasantly surprise that this location had a play area for the kids!
Not so friendly employee. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a B.E.C w/ 2 hashbrowns. They forgot a hashbrown and what we did get wasn't fresh. Gave us the wrong coffee. Line was so long didn't want to go back through for them to attempt to make it right.
Not the friendliest McDonald’s in town. Customer never responded when you said good morning except one dude. You have to repeat your order so many times dose times still get it wrong. It’s I a convenient spot but not a great place to visit.
Hospitality on point and the cashier tonight was very polite with a positive attitude. Wouldn't mind seeing her again 1st person to give me a positive remark about my tattoos since I came to town for training ???✌
Usually you don't get what you ordered, it's usually cold... Some of the workers are very nice ?
Took over 10 minutes between placing my order at the drive through and being handed my order. This was not during a lunch/dinner rush. Not to mention missing sauces and a burger, 10 piece only had 9 pieces in it. How do these people think they deserve $15/hr? If I did my job this poorly, buildings would burn down and people would die.
Any time of the day when I want to get a macchiato, they say it's not working or its being cleaned. Instead of making it they just say they don't have it, at anytime or day, it's the same excuse.
I paid for 2 value meals and 2 cheeseburgers but all I got were the value meals. I'm not sure why it's so hard to make sure an order is complete before handing it to the customer. I used to work in fast food so I understand that occasionally things can get crazy and mistakes happen but I feel like this happens at every mcdonalds/fast food joint I go to. There is always something missing. In this case it was only 2 cheap cheeseburgers but I paid for them and now that Im all the way home, I feel it would be pointless to go all the way back to get them. Especially when gas prices are as high as they are. This is just so frustrating. I'm an american with first world problems and I want what I want when I want it. Gimme gimme gimme. Mine mine mine. I want it now. You owe me $100 because I chose to buy food at McDonalds again even though I typically have a bad experience every time I go there. I am being unreasonable. But still. All kidding aside. This is lame.
This is hands down the lousiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service is consistently slow and they frequently screw up my orders. This last time I got a 20 piece nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. I get home and there’s no sauce. I called the restaurant they told me to come back and get it. When I got there, the lobby cashier ignored me for five minutes and then tried to take the order of people that came in after me. She was rude when I asked for the sauce. The service is complete crap. Do not go to this McDonalds. The one on Route 9 is much better.
Nothing worse than getting home and finding out your 20 piece and 3 6 piece chicken nugget orders had NO sauces with them. Also, since when did a large fry go into over $4 an order, which I typically have to walk back in the store to have them fill it properly. Of someone orders a large french fry, it likely because they want a large amount. They half full it on an almost constant basis!
