Had very good service the people were very polite and the sub I ordered was great thank you
At no point at coming to this location has the experience been positive. I asked for my meat to be grilled and the guy just said no. ,"They had no room". There was no other customers in this location at the time. They were prepping one other set of orders. But there was no accommodating gesture or offer. Every time here, the employee responses are miserable. And it's usually the same guy. Make the trip 10 minutes south to the Malta location. At least their pleasant enough to greet you.
These guys in Clifton Park never answer there phone! So I took my business next door to Moe's and five guys. If you won't take an order over the phone like most Jersey Mike's I won't be back. Your loss!
This place has wonderful food. One person behind the counter has been so consistently rude I no longer feel comfortable going there. She’s assigned to putting the vegetables etc on your sub as you request, so there’s no way of avoiding her. The rest of the employees have been very nice. But they have chosen her to be front face to the customers which seems a bizarre choice. Tonight the mayo container was absolutely empty. She was attempting to peel some fragments of the mayo off the sides of the metal to put it on the sub she was preparing for me. I said "that is empty, please use a new one." She looked at me, she was angry, and then she continued to peel the fragments of the mayo and put them on my sub. She did not get new mayo. She then moved on and snarled “anything else?”, then “anything else?” Finally the cashier intervened, he was nice as always, he said he would bring out a fresh tin of mayo but he assured me even though the mayo was empty, the fragments would still be great. I was no longer hungry so I stayed silent.I am a heavy person, this front face person, she seems rather repulsed by heavy people. I think she was concerned a fat person shouldn’t have the gall to wish for anything other than fragments of food stuck on silver metal. It’s not the first time she’s behaved this way. I will keep going there because the food is wonderful and everybody else is very nice but I guess the best I can do is request that she not serve me when I am there. I complained to the cashier who witnessed this. He was very apologetic. There was no manager present. Buyer please beware if you’re overweight or sensitive. This front face person is very put out dealing with people. She knows she can’t be blatantly rude but her passive aggressive, extremely cold approach to you will make it loud and clear she’s put out by your existence. By the way, we ate in the very clean dining room, she was loudly badmouthing me to the cashier, laughing about it. She must have thought I left. This location has a large dining room behind a wall with a wide opening in front of the cashier, so the staff cannot see who is in the dining room. But you can hear the staff loud and clear through that opening. If you do not want to hear her badmouthing you, order your dinner to go. I was there Wednesday evening January 5 between 5:30 and 7.
I tried this location for my first Jersey Mike’s Sub. Let’s just say it was subpar at best. My sub was made incorrectly and right before I was about to take my first bite I noticed a hair in my sub that was a few inches long. Needless to say I won’t return to this spot or try any other Jersey Mike’s again. Completely dissatisfied!
I love Jersey Mike’s, but the one in Clifton Park sucks. Men’s room out of order, woman’s room water doesn’t spray good, place is dirty, tables are gross and not cleaned ? my sub is soggy and as I sit here and write this I just realized even my Doritos are stale. :(Unfortunately it’s all kids working here, this is what you should expect from today’s youth ? ? …
This store constantly gets orders wrong. We ordered a Grilled Portobello and Swiss hot sub with no cheese. The sub is supposed to have green peppers and onions and they left those out and just gave us mushrooms on bread.
I love the food at Jersey Mike’s however the staff here is so rude. It’s very evident they don’t want to be there and offer very little interaction as you wait awkwardly to pick up your food.
100/5! I have a dairy allergy and they are always amazing! Just ask and they will help you! Change gloves, clean slicer, etc. Food is great
I have visited this location several times. During my last visit I had to ask the girl that was preparing my sub to change her gloves. She was making sandwiches and running the cash register with the same gloves. My last visit to this location. Definitely have been to much better locations.
