This place has some of the best pizza that I've had so far in 33 years
One of the best slices in the albany area. Great crust, cheese and sauce, and a great package altogether. One star off because the location is a bit out of the way and its kind of expensive ($3). Otherwise good!
I love the food here, definitely my favorite place to order pizza in Clifton Park and the staff is always super nice!
Everyone keeps telling me about NY pizza, but when I asked what location sets the bar they go quiet. I'm here to tell you this place does exactly that. Stop here and only here for your standard NY za.
I went there today and the woman at the counter was so incredibly rude to all of the customers while I was in there that I doubt I’ll be back. She even yelled at a door dash person about something that wasn’t their fault. And i didn’t see anyone be rude to her to provoke it. I’ve worked in customer service since i was 17 and you learn real quick that if one customer is rude you drop it and it’s not an excuse to be rude to everyone else. Nor is a bad day an excuse. The food was decent but I can get decent pizza somewhere else with nicer employees, especially since this woman seemed to be the manager.
My kids liked the pizza there but only rated it 7/10 on taste scale. The lady Dominica is super friendly. Though it seems that they are understaffed.
Made an order through the slice app. Got the order, both my pizzas were ice cold as were the wings, the wings were dry as hell and didn't have any sauce on them whatsoever. Made a complaint through the slice app everything was taken care of...Got a call the next morning from a "Manager" with an ENORMOUS attitude telling me she "made the pizza with her own hands and they were perfect so your complaint is invalid"I'm not entirely sure who taught these "managers" customer service but that's not how you talk to customers!!! I'm a 15 year veteran chef and I know how to handle complaints and that sure it sure as hell isn't telling the customer their complaint is invalid! Will NEVER be ordering from here again!
Is this place even open anymore? They never pick up
They need more workers or something, this is the 4th or 5th time that I have called over and over and over with no answer what so ever. I only had someone answer the phone one time and they said they were getting ready to close. Answer the phone if you want peoples business!!
Pizza and wings were great. Employee was super friendly.
