Tonight we placed an online order. We ordered because it was my daughter’s graduation and she really wanted a frenzie. My husband arrived to pick it up and the order was no where to be found. He gave them screen shot of the confirmation email and they made the order. My husband waited the additional hour. When he arrived home several things missing or incorrect. My daughters frenzie was missing in addition her max and cheese was in a plastic bag still. I have tried to call multiple times and you can not reach anyone at the restaurant.
This is a lovely Friendlys. Medium meals for a fair price. Its lobster season. We had the lobster enchiladas.; Cobb salad. Everything excellent. Ice cream if you have any room left.Every table cleaned. Excellent staff goes the extra mile.
Nice atmospheric
After running around to kids events all evening we decided no one wanted to cook we stopped in to get everyone fed. Ordered a few apps and kids meals entrees and even hung around for some desserts. Food was good what you’d expect from diner type restaurant. Our server however went above and beyond we do have the needy group multiple sauces, refills menu suggestions and lots and lots of napkins we are pains but our server Colleen never batted an eye she took care of every request with a smile on her face. Customer Service post Covid has been non existent but she definitely sets the bar and we will absolutely be back to see her and will continue to share our experience with others because sadly the wonderful service we received is no longer a common occurrence. Thank you Colleen for being there for this frazzled family and the end of our busy day.
We stopped in for Lunch on a Saturday. We were seated in a booth, soon after the hostess sat a family with 4 small children right across from us, 2 children in highchairs, They were screaming as small children do. They were several open booths and tables they could of sat at. So we asked the hostess to move us. Which she did. Then we got our lunch. I had the ranch chicken salad - the lettuce was bag lettuce and was brown. My husband the chicken ceasar salad - which wasn't that good either. The chicken noodle soup was good as was the coffee Fribble . The whole experience was not good. We will never go back. It not a cheap eat either that was a $40.00+ lunch. They should just do ice cream!!
We came to celebrate our 3 year olds birthday, we waited 10 minutes alone for a place to sit for 8 people. After placing our order waited another 50 minutes, waitress told us it would only be a few more minutes before our food was out then waited an additional 15 minutes and finally requested a manager to tell her we did not want the food anymore. Overheard her then tell the kitchen staff to not start another item insinuating we would’ve been waiting another probably 15-20 minutes. All with 4 very hungry kids. Do not recommend
Even before the pandemic, friendly’s service has always been extremely slow. The food quality has never really differed, but the wait staff has gotten worse and worse. They’re more rude (not the two older women who have been there for years, they’re always polite). The worst is the ice cream area. Anytime I go to order ice cream I either get talked down to or get the wrong order.Long story short, if you don’t care about the staff, the food is worth it. Especially the ice cream. The restaurant is relatively clean and neat, the bathrooms are usually decent, and the prices are more than fair. This location is just not that great.
Disquesting, haven't eaten at Friendly's in over 4 yrs. Went their in Clifton Park and it was shocking to see how run downed it got. Will never eat their again. , look at the stuffing coming out of the booth seat. DISQUESTING!
Havent Been to a Friendlys in Years Had to Check out my Childhood Favorites! Of course the Burgers the super-Melts and The Ice cream Is Out of this world Excellent Service a Few minutes wait time But As there sign says Very Friendly staff Great Food as Always ! We were very Pleased! New Food and Sundaes coming your Way Next week I will be there
