Never ever go here. I ordered my drink with no ice. I pull up to the window and it was made with ice. I politely asked again for no ice. The person who took my order was very rude and said that I didn't and then gave me attitude. While they were making me a new drink the manager came up to ask me if I had proof that I asked for no ice. Lucky for me I was on the phone with a co worker and the line is recorded. I would be more than happy to share it with corporate. They were not happy about remaking my drink but to ask a customer for proof us out of control!!!

Hands down the worst Dunkin in the world ?!Understaffed for 10 years (probably owners tight pockets).Laughable how poor it is - feel for employees who are good people but overwhelmed due to the consistent lack of employees.

Great locale and staff!
Asked for a white mocha and they gave me a regular hot chocolate.The only reason I’m writing anything is because I come here almost every morning and they’re always messing something up or giving me STALE BAGELS!I look forward to my breakfast in the morning but this is extremely disappointing. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER! Also, the kid at the window this morning (young male cashier) has a attitude and is terrible at taking orders. I had to literally repeat myself 4x this morning.
I just went through the drive through with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Friday and was told directly by a blonde worker with pink highlights “I don’t know why you would order this much at a drive through, I just don’t” when we ordered 3 coffees and 2 bagels. Excessively rude and aggressive, I come to this Dunkin everyday and was shocked. Wasn’t aware there was a limit on what you are allowed to order at a drive thru ?

Not sure why they have bad reviews I’ve stopped here every Monday morning for the past 18 months and they are always fast, accurate and friendly. It’s the best DD right off 87 in my opinion.
