I'll tell you I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and inviting C.P. Dunkin was there were 2 managers going over paper work it would of been nice to be noticed but young man at register that had gotton my order very nice Manner's and perfect coffee.a++ atmosphere Great staff all keeping busy and also pleasant It was just so nice to witness these days Great job staff keep smiling you'll never know what day someone is having and your smile and kind words made such a difference
Very unfriendly and rude. Messed up my order (not even close) and when I addressed it there was no apology or offer to correct, instead I was blamed for the cashier not listening. Going back to making coffee at home.
I will never visit this location again I went through the drive thru there was a lady with blue hair very rude didn’t give me time to say thank u she is very snotty and said your welcome and pretty tossed my card back at me are these the kind of employees Dunkin’ hire I know u guys are short staff but hire people with great customer service cause this location has none the manager looked at me like I crazy as well I will contact corporate as well
My wife and I ordered Iced Coffees this morning...and they FORGOT TO ADD COFFEE!!!!We discovered it too late, and dumped our drinks down the sink at work.Avoid this location like the plague!
They don't care if any people in their lobby . they don't even say good morning . they only care about the drive through .they should at least acknowledge people when they walk in .so I left the lobby and went through the drive threw to prove a point and I was right took only a few minutes maybe your main boss should have a meeting thanks hopefully who ever incharge will address this and it's every time you go their . Just went to this Dunkin’ Donuts, got 2 orders of snakin bacon , and bacon and cheese roll ups. The snackin bacon was served extremely hot and also very fatty ! The roll up was also gross . The bacon is supposed to be cold NOT HOT! Some people should know how to do their JOB , I will not be going back , I don’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts AT ALL !!!
One of worst Dunkin experiences. I work in fast food and understand but took at minimum 10 minutes to be acknowledged I wanted to order. Then my coffe was messed up and the syrup in my coffee separated. Lastly my bacon wraps had one piece of bacon.
I JUST WISH WJEN U SAY LIGHT AND SWEET TO WHICH EVER YOU GO TO WOULD BE THAT IN XTRA LG NOT DARK AND NO SUGAR
this dunkin has the rudest workers and they will mess your order up every time. They will repeat your order back to you and then STILL get it wrong.
Dunkachino tasted like hot chocolate
