I love this place I get salads for take out before work at least once a week. My only gripe is that the staff consistently leave items I order off of my salad. Most of the time it’s either avocado, eggs, or bacon all of which I pay extra for. I understand if fresh ingredients are out of stock but your staff has a responsibility to notify us and refund that part of the order. Starting to believe the kids do this on purpose!
I think the “build your own bowl” should be taken off their online menu. Never correct. Always forgetting items, especially the ones that we pay extra for. The online menu needs a huge overhaul because the actual store cannot deliver/keep up with it. I honestly think the staff has no idea when customers pay for extra items, therefore not making it a priority. I blame management on that. Also, the site claims the employees are given 100% of the online tips…… I’m starting to wonder if that is actually true. It looks like turnover is a huge problem. If the staff is making all the tips off online orders, on top of their pay, I would think they would stay. Hmmm.
Seriously, ordered 3 tacos, 2 lettuce wrap and 1 in a tortilla. I've ordered from other locations and they always wrap tacos separately. This time all 3 tacos were all jumbled up in a bowl. They aren't answering the phone and the "mailbox is full" so we can't even leave a message. We ordered from their website directly
I’ve never felt more rushed in my life. I went in to order and they didn’t ask me if putting something on it was okay they just assumed I wanted it. I asked for a different dressing and they seemed bothered and annoyed. They asked if I wanted walnuts and before I could even say no they already putted them on. Also the bacon that was on it was hard as a rock and I almost broke a tooth. Horrible service and the cashier walked away from us and didn’t ask if we wanted a receipt. There was no one else in line and an hour and a half until close so there was no reason to be so rushed. Also wouldn’t restock the spinach.
Love this place but we are getting tired of ordering double proteins, which we pay extra for, and end up only getting one. Why bother to offer sesame seeds, almonds etc…. If they are never put on. So I end up paying for a $16 bowl and miss out on the extra steak or tuna, as just happened tonight and many other nights. No sliced almonds, no sesame seeds and no dressing put in the bowl. We’ve definitely noticed that when there are fewer workers, they are super consistent, and that does not depend on the day of the week. When there are more workers, there seems to be a serious lack of communication and the end product, while it’s still good, it is far from what we ordered online. We always tip 20-25% on our online orders, but are seriously considering otherwise Soup sizes…..cup/bowl. Still served in the same size coffee cup with a lid. Learned our lesson. Don’t bother ordering a large because you get the same amount as a small. Great place but needs better management. The cups with the to go silverware are always filthy. AND I MEAN REALLY “pre-COVID” GROSS. Super glad the business is doing well, but who is actually the eyes and the ears during service?
How in the world can you run out of cabbage!!!It doesn't go bad for many weeks. With such agood product I just can't fathom someone inmanagement not having enough cabbage shreddedor being able to shred some when running low!!!!I love the food but am ticked off because it's not thefirst time I've been there and you had no cabbage!!

Order the large Korean BBQ bowel during lunch service; bowl was slopped together with all the toppings on top of each other. Bowel was maybe 2/3 full. Pork portion was extremely small with the server pulling the last bits pork from the warming tray. Very little effort put into this item and not worth the money.
I used to go here all the time and it was always fresh with great portions and service. Both the quality and service has gone downhill quite a bit. Now The rice was clearly old to the point where I almost cracked a tooth, the steak was overdone and burnt, and the tables were filthy.
I got the lg chicken tinga taco bowl and my friend the lg bbq chicken ranch bowl. I wanted the tuna poke bowl but they were out of tuna. Mine definitely had more food in the bowl than my friends they werent even? the food was good though, and my portion was a very decent size.
