I had food poisoning last night and am unable to speak or leave any message to this restaurant in Clifton Park NY. I’m glad I spoke with the department of health today. I just hope not too many people got sick like I did.
Awesome place if you like rotten guacamole and poor customer service.
I don’t like to complain because I worked in fast food for years so I know it can be quite a struggle but I’ve been in here a couple times now when it wasn’t busy at all and every single time it’s a mess, it looks like the floors haven’t been mopped since it was built and there’s always garbage everywhere and the employees are just standing there. I asked one about it and she said “that wasn’t her job”…. what do they pay you for then?? Last time I went in the food prep area was disgusting, I will not be returning to this location and I sure hope they get some staff that genuinely cares!

Just drove here for dinner and got turned away at the door saying unless I have an online order they can’t serve me because they’re understaffed… I saw people going in picking up orders and I saw the ability to order online, so I just needed to place my order that way and I’d be served? A little ridiculous and a total waste of a trip to have to find somewhere else for dinner.
What a joke! The door clearly says open until 10 pm everyday. No sign on the door staying they were closing early. Who closes early on a Saturday night. This location is never dependable and no one ever answers the phone.
Was very crowded but the line moved fast. Food was good but most tables were pretty dirty so it was a bit off putting. They ran out of the protein I chose and the gentleman who was preparing my order was kind enough to get it fresh.
Could use some heat in dinning roon.Only warm place was in restroom..Also I thought a little much for multiple proteins. However good flavor.
I entered the restaurant with my two year old and five year old without a mask and i was asked to leave. Meanwhile, the people making your burritos have their top lips hanging out. We had a gift card so we got our masks and came back to eat lunch. Waiting in line, there were signs Saying you couldn’t pay with cash since they don’t have change. Wow. Ok. I already felt unwelcome. After we ordered and told them it was “to stay”, we sat down to a dirty table that hasn’t been wiped down in a long time. I made my way up to grab forks for myself and my children and there were none. I went to the counter to ask for some and they then informed me that they were out of forks AND spoons!!This has really gotten out of hand. Some businesses are so rich and so successful that they literally don’t even want your money. Very disappointed
Solid location, good food (none of the local Chipotles are as good as the ones in FL). Busy so lines tend to be long and it's very loud in this one due to a noisy heather/AC/fan near the front door and counter where you order.
