This was maybe my second time eating at this particular chain location. Server with competent polite not overly hovering at the table. My dining companion enjoyed their meals. I felt the chips and salsa the chips were quite salty my meal was very good, loaded potatoes were average. And the cookie dessert with ice cream was really good.
Horrible….100 pm on Friday very few customers. Being 1 person I sat at the bar which was sticky. No one around. Bar tender came. Very personal able and nice. Took order. Boneless wings. Found a hair in/on. They didn’t charge me which was good. Went to ladies room and on way there saw the rest of the place. Disgusting. Tables not cleaned. Food crumbs on floor and seats. Dust on window ledges fingerprints all over glass. Bathrooms were awful. Toilets had rings from not being cleaned in awhile. Out of order signs on stalls and the towel dispensers were broke so huge rolls were on the sink Awful place unsanitary and quite scary when it comes to foodsafety. Stay away. I gave a 1 star due to the bartender. If not for her it would be a zero
My waitress Gabby was excellent appetizers were on time and flaming hot delicious they were on point. Before we could get our meals me and my date had an emergency and had to leave waitress Gabby understood and without hesitation allowed us to grab our meals to go. That made our situation easier. The resturant was clean and everything was well kept. Thanks chili for a great experience we will return.
My husband & I have very different food tastes. He said his bacon cheeseburger was great & they got his order correct. Just cheeseburger & bacon between the bun. My food was fine. The bill was more than expected due to 2 bottles of over-priced domestic beer being $11. My husband won't drink they're flat draughts due to previous visits at multiple locations. He stated they tasted like the draught-line need a cleaning. Gross! The server was fine. My husband & I were still very happy overall.
Its always nice here and the last 2 waitresses I have had were amazing. I love their southwesr egg rolls so much I'm having a chef recreate them for apps at my wedding.
I ordered the queso burger with no pink I received half pink and, just some pickles little lettuce and mustard no queso nothing what it comes with that burger. I should get what I order not the opposite very disappointing it use to be one of my top 5 spots in Clifton Park. I pay $28 for that and lava cake to be delivered and comes nothing like I ordered . I received cold hard fries also and live only about 7 min away but was busy at home so got delivered. I hope they go back to there old ways I probably won't order there again for a while.
Great atmosphere. Lots of space for dining. No waiting for seating. Our waitress, Kimberly, was great. There was no time to enjoy the chips and salsa because our food came out so quickly. Our food was delicious.
Wife and I went for dinner and it was Awesome, Both orders were perfect and cant beat 2 for 1 beers,service was top shelf and everyone had a great attitude ,Smiles all around .
