our waiter was definitely having a bad day and he seemed to be taking it out on us. so I asked for a manager to be sent to our table. when the manager arrived we explained our unhappiness with our waiter. while we were talking to the manager the waiter delivered two beers and slammed them down on the table very rudely right in front of his manager.when choosing to go out to eat and enjoy a few drinks. it really is disappointing to receive bad service. it kinda ruined our night out, and even though the manager was very concerned it still left a bad tastes in our mouths, and will effect our future choice on where to go and spend our time out

Our waitstaff was less than attentive and it was NOT busy. We had a party of 3 and simple chicken wing orders it still wasn't right. We waited forever to order while staff hung out by the podium laughing and the bartender was on her phone. The restaurant itself was dirtier than I've ever seen in there. You literally slid on the grease on the floor. At least the wings were tasty. I am NOT usually a complainer at any restaurant especially if they are busy, but this was legit ridiculous and I can't see us going back.

Went for my son's bday. Wait was supposed to be 30 to 45 minutes (actual wait time was 7 minutes). After the quick wait we were seated and our order taken. Son ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwich and I had the All-American Cheeseburger and we had the ultimate nachos as an appetizer. After a 30 minute wait my son's sandwich arrived and we were still waiting on my burger and the nachos. About 15 minutes after the son's mine arrived with the nachos soon afterwards. The Manager came over and talked to us and comped the nachos and offered to comp the burger. I accepted the nachos but told her that was all we wanted. While not the greatest dining experience the food was good and the waitress and manager were friendly and kept us informed. I appreciate that they at least were trying to keep us happy and not ruin my son's bday. I would go back and the food was good. If not for the late food this would have been 5 star

Ordered from the bar and the bartender provided excellent service - 5 stars. The chicken wings were well flavored but average because they lacked the expected crunch from crispy skin.

There was no wait to be seated. But we were seated and just left without menus and a waiter until I flagged someone down finally. My waitress was not to be bragged about at all. My food was horrible. I ordered the chicken Caesar which came out a side salad so I sent it back and they added what looked like lunch meat on top which stunk so I passed altogether. My chicken wings were bigger than appreciated and full of feathers and the sauce was nasty chicken was soggy I do NOT recommend. They do not specialize in how to actually cook chicken wings and they serve chicken full of antibiotics. Never going back.

The pricing was outrageous for simple wings that I could have made at home for a fraction of the price. The wings were good, the sauces were good, the beer on tap was good, even the waitress was decent. Clean seating areas and clean bathrooms. TV's easy to see from where I sat. All in all, the pricing was the only issue. $40 for 2 on tap beers and a dozen wings with fries.

On feb 5 myself 2 other friends went to your establishment. Ordered our appetizers which were not hot. We waited a bit to order but when waitress came back had our check and told us to have a good day. We were not done she never even bothered to ask. It wasnt like there was a line of people waiting and trying to rush us out was rude. We then orderd food and food came out cold again. Our waitress acted Like we were bothering her. That was my first time there and my friends 2nd time and last.

Good service. Wings were tasty. Crispy n cooked well. . Decent diff type of speciasl n sauces dry and wet style

I'm giving it 3 stars because our server was extremely rad.. but if it was based on impressions walking into the door. It would've been a -1. The host was so hypocritical and just so rude. the only reason why we ate here was because I just got done a work shift and was starving. No one, not the servers, not the patrons were following any mask rule.. but for some reason when we walked in, because we didn't have two masks, he tried to make us leave. [As I am watching a server literally leaning over a wall with her mask down talking to a table.. and some teenagers running around without them]. Then I ask if they have any to offer, as any business should who are REQUIRING you to wear one to go sit at a table. He says no. He's literally profiling me and my boyfriend. So I give my mask to my boyfriend and drive to Marshall's where they kindly give me a free mask and come back to eat. As I'm eating, NO ONE is following this rule around me. I am not stoked on how I was treated by this front desk 'boychild'. He is rude and should not be in the customer service industry. I've worked in the restaurant industry in saratoga for over 15 years. I will NEVER come back and tell my story to the restaurant and pur saratoga locals I work at on how I was treated here.Ps. Please change your sign. Because apparently if you are fully vaccinated, you have to wear a mask if you want to even sit at a table.

Not too bad, food was okay for chain resturant. Our waitress however deserved a 10 star review! All the waitstaff was very nice, very sweet. My order (which I didn't even know was messed up) was messed up (brisket tacos had guacamole on them, didn't come with guacamole) they corrected it within like 10 seconds. Seemed decently clean. Overall not bad.
