my yogurt was DELICIOUS. Lauren and Brynna welcomed with open arms, served with a smile, and and really yo-ed my fro. You just got yourself a new regular! Give these girlies a raise!!!!!!
My first time at a frozen yogurt bar. It is the place of choice for treats for my niece and nephew. They love the place.Was spoiled for choice once there. There were too many things to try. Tried 3 flavors ( Vanilla, chocolate and coffee) with about 5 toppings all of them excellent. Plan to go there again while staying in the area.
I have been waiting for a vegan option and then boom it happen. Walking into 16 handles, the staff greets you with eye contact and welcome you with conviction. The environment is clean the atmosphere is lovely and when you make a mess by the topping area they are there to clean it up. Very professional and they have great attitude when dealing with customers.

Love the self serve here but not many options. Many toppings to use and the price is based on weight of the cup.
I went in with my two children , we LOVE This place. I came up to ask a question about a smoothie to this woman pictured below , she gave me the nastiest look and ignored my question , the 2 young girls there were the sweetest kindest girls , she even apologized for that and answered my question with such kindness and made me feel a lot better about this other lady giving me dirty looks the entire time, even while sitting with my kids. I won’t go back in if I see her in there. It was overall so uncomfortable with her presence.

16 Handles is my go-to place for frozen yogurt. The establishment is clean, staff is very friendly and very helpful. During the height of the pandemic, they did everything possible to follow protocol to keep patrons and staff safe and healthy. Yesterday I wanted to try their new vegan option, Oatly. They still were not giving out samples because of Covid but the young lady working there aptly described their Oatly offerings and encouraged me to give them a try. They are wonderful! Thank you for being such a great place!
