Ziggy s is hit or miss. Takes a while to learn the menu, I mean to figure out what you like. The subs are pretty good, I don't like the tacos at all. Same with service. When the owner is there service is great. However, I've been there too many times when it's a skeleton crew of surly disinterested teenagers. Which has caused me to reverse direction.
Chicken fingers taste like a salt brick.
The food is good here but the customer service is not. Your online menu has one price, but you get to the restaurant they tell you it's $5 more. Then the explanation is we haven't updated the online menu because of covid. It's an old menu as well. That's no excuse. Everything is not covid. Do you think they would have honored their online pricing of course not. I believe in doing what's right and they did not so I will not give them my business anymore. Customer service is everything. Instead of making excuses resolve the problem.
Started going to Ziggy's in 1980 - it has been my favorite ever since. Very rarely is my order wrong. I will continue to come here forever. Turned my adult children on to it too!
Been my go to taco spot for almost 15 years. One of the best stingers in Buffalo, as they use real cube steak and cube up the chicken fingers along with it. Their Royal sub is also really solid. Used to use crinkle cut fries which were my favorite but I think they’ve switched to traditional fries. Place is always clean and the ambiance and decor are on point for local taco spot. One downside people will say is it can be a bit pricey, but the quality is worth it and competitive with other similar spots Overall would strongly recommend. -BJ

Tried to go in at 5 on Nov 28th. The Google hours and website hours say open until 7. The lights were off and place was closed.
I honestly love these stinger subs, they are super tasty and filling. Definitely get the pepper and onions with it for added taste l, you won't regret it. I think the next thing I want to try is the taco Tuesday, 2 tacos for $3 and then go for the cheeseburger. I'll have to update this post once I do but so far, I'm a bit obsessed with stinger subs!
Just a personal taste. They must use clove or a spice like it in their beef. Horrible but just a personal taste
