Can't be worse ?Even though I am a returning customer, the owner doesn't want to accept my complain about the food or the hygiene quality in the restaurant but asked me aggressively to go to McDonald's next time. And he is right, McDonald's is providing better quality food and hygiene from what was provided to me today at this restaurant.The food was full of oil and grease to the point that it was inedible. The noodle station is broken and the owner has no intention to get it fixed. They want to save money ? and don't care anymore about food quality, hygiene or customer experience. ?Look at the picture below to see the cleanliness level
This used to be a fairly decent buffet, but it seems like the pandemic must have affected it pretty drastically. Went on an early Friday evening and was very disappointed. For 17 dollars I would expect a decent selection of FRESH food. A lot of options were cold and obviously sitting for quite a while. They were bringing out small amounts of the popular, more expensive dishes, which I assume was intentional. We finally decided to leave after my partner tried a pasta dish that tasted like dish water. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating here.
Couldn't be worse!!? the beef looked raw and was really chewy. The chocolate ice cream tasted like strawberry ice cream. The noodles weren't cooked well. The bathrooms looked disgusting. Not safe for kids very slippery and a 2 kids tripped in the hall due to the wet floors without a sign. One kid banged head on the floor and the other could have broke his wrist. The service was horrible, they did not understand English and they did not want to cook ANYTHING properly and refused when we said they were not going to cook it because they didn't understand. Horrible place. I don't suggest going there!!??
Very rude. Wasn't even there for 15minutes. Was rushed out by the girl who gave us our check. I asked why are you rushing us out, I was told to make room for people who tip. Wow, I was judged that quickly. I was going to tip, but after being told that Sorry my $5 tip is going back in my pocket and I will never eat there again. Talked to a manager about it. He says. So sorry, come back again soon. Lmfao in your wildest dreams will we ever come back
I went here for dinner not too long ago. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and there are a lot of options to chose from, unless you're big on shellfish. There wasn't anything there like crab legs, soft shell crab... CRAB in general. I decided to come here because a different (unnamed) buffet has been a disappointment as of late. I would come here again though. The prices are not bad at ALL!
I decided to give Zhangs a second chance after 3 yrs. Only to see that it’s gotten worse.As soon as you walk in it smells musty, the carpet in the dinning room area is old andthe tables are chipped. Most of the food is cold and some of the food is warm to the touch.Would not recommend.
I have eaten at several Chinese buffets and while I didn't get sick from this one, it is still one of the worst. Will not be coming back.Acceptable, edible food. Acceptable but not great prices. I did not get food poisoning. Nigiri fish was as thin as paper with too much unwashed rice. Sushi had no fish options, just shrimp and "crab." Multiple items labeled incorrectly, especially "crab" (fake) and "lobster" (non-existent). Dumplings had way too much dough. Mussels were not all debearded. Chicken had incredibly thick breading.
Customer experience ok. Food no way. Most food is ether undercooked. Bland or over seasoned with the wrong seasonings. Some of the food just taste rottine.(BBQ chicken) Pork and broccoli taste like fish. The soups when dishing into a bowl looks like a runny noise. I feel sick
I am not very picky when it comes to eating but this place was terrible. The food was very old salty and dried out also cold. Most trays were empty and we did not have much to choose from at 9pm on a Saturday night. Egg roll was absolutely saturated in grease.....is this a joke? Lo mein was leftovers microwaved as some of it was hot and some was cold. Soups were all room temperature. Fml
They are disgusting ! They talked to me and my little cousin like dogs because I pointed out that they had mold on cake that my little cousin was eating. Very rude and disgusting don’t recommend this buffet at ALL. We went to this restaurant on 02/04/2022
