Amazing service and even Better food . Friday fish fry is awesome comes with fresh potato salad and cole slaw and fries and Rye bread . In the heart of Kaiser Town in Wiechec’s you can feel the Heart beat Of Buffalo . Great experience.

Fall down drunk guy at the bar, at 430pm, 30 minute wait to get a drink the bartender ignored us a few times seems like he was serving people he knew first, mainly went for a fish fry, which was pretty average actually. The batter was real salty, the sides were super sweet, pretty disappointed actually. My wife had a broiled fish which was food. Probably won't be back.
This is easily some of the best fish fry in Buffalo. They give you all three salads, plus french fries. Portion size is definitely there. The fish fry can definitely be on the greasier side, but that's not necessarily A bad thing.

Friday fish fry is fantastic! Old bar atmosphere but new large screen tvs. On Friday probably have to wait for table but bar area is big. Have to sign a sheet for table.
So glad they stared accepting cards! This is the epitome of old standby local joints that make this city grand. Some would call this a dive bar, but they wouldn't know the definition if it hit them crossing the street. There is a reason why people take business meetings, entertaining clients here - food is ALWAYS on point, the house chicken noodle soup is so chock full of get-you-better-on-a-sick-day goodness, I sweat the spoon would stand straight up if you left it there! I cannot rave enough about this.Wiechec's is salt of the earth buffalo goodness...bar none.
