Very nice high end place for great desserts. The employees were very nice and informative about the menu. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in the area or from out of town like I am from Texas. If I come back through here again I will make sure I stop here again.
Taste is Everything sometimes but customer service is even better TIA was simply amazing I gave a $40 tip on a $30 ice cream amazing girl . If u see this baby love keep being u AMAZING
Well set up, beautiful place. Fun decor. The ice cream was definitely good, but the prices were a bit high and the service left a lot to be desired. There was one other person there, already seated, yet it took about 10 minutes to get seated and another 20 to see a member of the wait staff.
You are definitely paying for the experience I thought it was good, the service was good but kind of pricey. It was like Alice ans wonderland themed which I loved. I spend 50+ on 3 deserts.
We came here on our anniversary and were very pleased! Service was great, wait wasn’t long, food was EXCELLENT, and the prices were on par. The ice cream is homemade and you can tell, it’s delicious!We were hesitant at first to try it because of some of the other reviews but those people obviously don’t know what they are talking about…GIVE IT A TRY!!!
Tasty desserts. Not overly sweet. Filling and beautiful looking place!!
Not worth the price. The staff are friendly, the decor is lovely, and the desserts were well presented but the food was just average for how much it cost ($12-$15 per slice!). I could get a fancy cake at wegmans for that price. Probably won’t be going back due to the sticker shock.
I was so excited to eat here and have a dessert experience. Rachels is right next door and white rabbit doesnt sell food besides desert food. We brought our rachels in to eat while we waited and we were told that we cannot bring in rachels even though there are no signs posted saying so. The restaurants decor was very nice and trendy
I went with two other people and our experience was terrible. It took forever for the waitress to come over and take our order. Then we waited even longer for our food. I don't understand how ice cream takes that long to scoop. We finally get our orders and the waitress tries to give us melted ice cream by saying "oh sorry it's a little melted." All three of us looked at her and said we're not paying for that. That ice cream is completely melted. When they finally brought out the new ice cream it had ice chips in it. When we finally left our waitress pointed at us and was talking about us to her coworkers and was sobbing. We weren't mean to her at all. We expected to get what we paid for. If I'm paying $13 for ice cream I expect to get that $13 worth. The one on Niagara falls Blvd is WAY WAY better and service is better there! AVOID THE WALDEN AVE LOCATION!
Not worth 80 dollars, crepes were like rubber. Had to use a steak knife to cut through it, it was like a giant pancake. Waffles were dry, ordered take out. I live up the street, they told me 30 mins for our order. Seems like they made the sundae and banana split first, they were melting all over the bag. Friendly staff yes very unorganized, I ordered at 7pm was there at 7:30 on the dot. Food was done bt everything was melting. Unfortunately even though they just opened on the 25th they weren’t completely ready. Food means everything and unfortunately I can find better quality for a reasonable price.
