The service was quick. The fries were fresh and tasted great. Unfortunately even tho my order was read back to me and entered correctly, my spicy chicken asiago sandwich was not spicy, i was given regular chicken instead which was super disappointing. My sandwich had enough ranch drenched all over it that when i picked it up the ranch just poured out like a waterfall. And my sons nuggets had sweet n sour sauce instead of bbq which of course meant i had to make a trip to the corner store to get bbq sauce so he would eat them. I will probably eat here again, just really disappointed that my order was made wrong, so i will be checking my food inside and out at the window before pulling away.
Fries were cold, customer service could have been better
0 stars. I’m here now and these unprofessional inconsiderate people gave me cheese fries with cold unmelted cheese. A salad that I requested with no meat had chicken in it. I told them about their mistake and they laughed.made the order again only for my salad to have nothing in it besides lettuce. Will never go again
My wife gave birth to a child and he graduated 6th grade by the time we got our nuggets. Terrible service, literally takes forever to get anything (and the order was still incorrect). They don't give receipts so have fun getting a refund, which you will definitely want. Shameeeee shameeeee shameeeeeee
Food was good. Service was fast. Attitudes were unpleasant. And honestly.... How hard is it to put the seasoned potatoes upright in the bag? Why dump them upside down? Literally 2 things in the bag and this is what i get... Smh. Take the extra 5sec to set them upright i promise i have an extra 5sec to wait.
Horrible service whole order was wrong then one of there employees pulled out right behind me after this experience started honking at me at a stop sign then cuts me off almost hitting my car slams on her brakes in front of me then gets out her car in uniform still and threatens to fight me and shoot me and my kids! I have her on camera and all red head employee driving a grey Chevy cobalt thank God for dash cam and phones absolutely disgusting that they have employees like this be careful going there I wish everyone the best of luck I'm thinking about pressing charges
Went there tonight and ordered two salads from the drive thru window. The girl was handed the money and asked for a receipt.We asked and she got a piece of paper and wrote out and gave me a hand written receipt. She then got the manager and she was as rude the other personA receiptwrote out out
All I can say about Wendy's is that every single location is a disappointment in every aspect. I've posted reviews about Wendy's in the past and since then not a thing has changed. DO BETTER WENDYS!!!
Horrible, horrible experience with service and food. Larger, dark skinned girl at window was beyond RUDE and could hear her saying “leave a sandwich” after asking was it that much for 2 #1 and a sandwich (making sure order was right) and then could we have a receipt. Got the food and a sandwich was missing along with receipt. Went inside and the light skinned girl was apologetic when I said a sandwich was missing and could I have the receipt could hear the girl from the window asking if was for the “old lady” (I’m 40) Since I in no way was loud or angry, I felt the attitude from the window girl was disrespectful. For the $27 I paid the food was horrible. Will not go back. For $15 and hr they could stand to hire better people.
Unfortunately, it was the worst service experience my, son's kid's meal was cold, my nuggets and fries were cold and they forgot to give my daughter her crips for her salad. I am very disappointed.
