Very slow service, can’t find help or ask anyone questions. Also a lady asked if she could bring her large dog inside and the employee immediately said yes, didn’t even ask if anyone was allergic to dogs or scared due to past experiences. How ironic is it to bring a dog into a chocolate shop.. can’t make this up.Dogs need to stay outside of any building that serves food, they had plenty of empty tables & chairs outside.

Our first time ever trying (or even hearing of it) sponge candy and it was very good. I've seen some complaints about pricing but I thought it was fairly priced.
I had an issue with my order, but in the long run Watsons did make it right. Thank you very much. The chocolate is delicious
I was in Watsons today to pick up some of their fabulous jingle bell bark!!♥️♥️James took care of me. He was amazing! Helpful, engaging and handsome too! He even spent time talking to my dog! Thanks James! You are the best!

Smells amazing in here and the young guy that works behind that counter has the best attitude and was so nice. Let me sample some sponge candy after I asked what it was - apparently it’s a super common question. Definitely want to go back to get some chocolate Buffalo when my parents come to visit
Watson's has become a go-to part of my weekly self-care routine. Cashier James is the picture of customer service, warmth, and generosity. Large ice cream portions, delicious chocolates (available by the piece or pound), great hours, and affordable pre-Elmwood-surge pricing. I couldn't recommend Watsons more!
I know the best place to get a taste of Buffalo chocolate to bring back from my visit - Watson's Chocolates. A trip back to WNY is not complete without sponge candy and other treats. There's a wide variety at the Elmwood Ave shop, plus ice cream. Yum. Personable service, too.
Extremely helpful staff. The sweetest lady helped me buy some sponge candy as a gift for my in laws and myself and they were delicious!! Definitely my favorite Chocolate shop in Buffalo.
