I ordered a chicken souvlaki salad via Uber eats. It was suppose to come with lettuce, chicken, onions, feta, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and pita bread. I received chicken and lettuce. The lettuce is brown and the chicken is dry. When I called Vasilis to let them know they messed up my order, they state “It’s not our problem when go through a 3rd party to. You will have to go through Uber eat if you want to be comped”

Food was horrible didn’t get everything I paid for!!!! Sad $32 down the drain where is the extra feta Chicken hard as hell and only two pieces too.Been calling for the last hour and half and can’t get though.
Fries were cold and kinda soggy. Chicken pieces to the Wrap was also cold. Just mediocre and too expensive for the food not to be HOT.. poke holes n the fries container or something.
Sad. I am sorry but this was NOT good. I paid $12 for a hummus vegetarian wrap, this is what I received. I DO NOT recommend. Honestly, pita was stale not even warmed up. It was hard not soft. You can see 1 tiny piece of tomato, barely any lettuce and cucumber. This did not taste good. Just not at all what I was expecting with such a hefty price tag. Terribly disappointed. Do better Vasilis Express, do better.
I'm a regular Uber Eats customer with this place and quality has just been going down hill lately. I order regularly because it's a favorite and I hope they'll get better but this is the worst it's been. Not reading the notes in the order and a handful of fries with the Fish dinner??♀️
This is possibly the worst avgolemono I’ve ever seen if you can even call it that. So thick and clumpy I’m not even sure it’s safe to eat? But that’s not even the problem, it stinks and tastes like actual cigarettes. I’m so confused. So gross.
The prices on the menu board in the store were all 4$ lower than what they were charging. When I asked upon payment they said price is subject to change. They had two different radios going one was playing pop and the other was playing screamo. Not worth the money
My favorite place for Greek take away. Great food, speedy, and honestly it's my first choice. If the phone immediately goes to voice mail, wait 5 minutes and try again.
I was not greeted properly I should have left but you better believe I won't be returning
