Went to this club for the very first time, bartender/owner was super rude to my cousin. Accused her of being in his bar on cinco de mayo, when we're not even from buffalo. On top of him accusing her of starting trouble and being band from the bar, he yelled screamed false statements like she was in the bathroom smoking crack ect. He also made her a drink after doing all of this when she declined the drink he again goes into a rage. Yelling and telling her yea you better be glad you didn't take that vodka and cranberry because it was going to be the best one you ever had. Mind you he walked away from us to go fix the drink and came back trying to sell it to her. Security even was surprised at how calm we was and how in raged he was all while mistaken my cousin for someone else. I definitely wouldn't be going here ever

Went there at 9pm sunday doors locked and closed. Be open when ya say u are? People go there and then will never return.

They bartender was very rude on Saturday he dismissed us as we were walking in because the seats were all filled which was fine but he was rude about it then I asked if we can at least use the bathroom really quick he turned his back to us and said no. It’s sad that people are allowed to be so rude at work.
I have so many memories from this place......Too numerous to mention. All good ones...Can't get out right now no car, but if I could this is the first place I would head to on the weekend. Very friendly people....Love Ya Underground. See you soon I hope.....RJH

I had an amazing drink by one of the bartenders at this bar. Yet the next day felt like I was drugged.
This is my favorite nightclub by far, the drinks are great and so is the staff. music is always great too.
Never been there but going soon
