Very polite employee took my order. I didn't feel rushed to place my order. Very fast and efficient!
This place never gets the orders right! Convenience doesnt matter if they constantly screw it up
The workers are good but seems like there not using g enough coffee grounds per pot of coffee. Coffee tastes watered down. Went to this location twice now and both times it's been this way. They have good customer service, just the coffee is the problem seems like the owner is trying to make more money by stretching out the product. Earlier I visited this location and asked a out using the free cold drink I one for ice coffee instead of fountain drinks and the manager wasn't sure but tried it and worked so the service I received was good.
You guys have to do better you are going to loose customers because of someOf your workers attitudes for no reason.. I go at least 3 times a day and one of your specific workers knows exactly how to ruin the coffee experience his attitude, he snatched the money he practically throws your stuff at you.. He is rude and he obviously hates his job..
It was a great place, very busy, and because they made of us wait so long they gave us two free donuts of are choice. Thank you Tim Hortons. With I had there name I'd give it to you. Have fun.
3 stars due to the 50/50 chance of getting what you order/pay for. The fact that this locations coffee is 5 cents away from 3 dollars compared to between 2.56-2.75ish at all other locations is absolutely silly. They are constantly closing earlier than supposed to just because they feel like it. They're definitely not short staffed because I go to this one 2-3 times a day most days and am familiar with every face that works there. Need I say more?! Only reason I come back is convenience.

The Iced tea has a nasty burnt taste... how do you screw up iced tea??? 5 star prices, 1 star quality and service. Severely understaffed but only because they have stacks of resumes from "over qualified" applicants(meaning; educated) that franchise owners refuse to hire because educated employees will simply organize a union and franchise owners will no longer have a net worth up to $1.4 billion. Stop scamming your customers and stockholders and stop exploiting your loyal and hardworking employees while corporate executives and franchise owners do the absolute least but are paid absurd salaries that they arw not educated nor qualified to receive.
Couldn't not go in to place order, coffee was cold.
I got there peppermint ice cap and wow not only was it over flowing with yummy ness but was made with perfection went threw the drive thru and they were busy but worth the wait and money if you like there ice cap go for this location
