My first time at Tim Hortons. Good tasting food. Good value
Pure service and the employ doesn't know what they're are doing more employer whit the agrecive to learn please this is a good place and they don't care but the service are bad the coffee taste like water ......please help the signature (Tim Horton's)

This was our first visit to a Tim Horton’s and to say we were underwhelmed is an understatement. Half what we wanted (coffee shop staples) they were out of, after spending nearly $30 on breakfast we decided to eat inside since it was empty. We saw a live roach crawling between our feet and a dead one smashed in the floor. We went to use the bathroom before we left and the trash next to the toilet with the used feminine products was overflowing, the toilet wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean, and there were black hairs in the sink. We will never return.
Not a wide selection,not so people friendly.donuts tasted old, they wouldn't microwave my coffee,I get allot of cream and it was like warm.she said no microwave was broken,as I watched her use it for something else.
And they can never get your order right and then when you asked for a vanilla ice latte taste for like milk than nothing
Some staff are pleasant and helpful. But some are rude and mean to customers. The donuts are almost always stale. And frequently get coffee grounds in my coffee.
I asked if they had freshly brewed dark roast coffee, 3rd time in a week. And each time they gave me a stale lukewarm coffee.
Worst Tim Hortons ever. Consistently bad since they first opened up, year after year it never gets better. NEVER go there if you don’t have an extra 30 minutes to get to where you’re going in the morning because YOU WILL BE TRAPPED IN THE DRIVETHRU. Even better when you finally get up to the speaker to find out they don’t have basic menu items available. I give this location a shot here and there and I usually regret it.
WORST Tim Horton's I have ever been to. Employee at the drive-thru window was extremely disrespectful and rude from the very start and things only got worse. He said some racial slurs towards my friends and I and then proceeded to try and spit on us. He then tried to run out of the store to come and fight us! I'm still in shock that this happened! I will NEVER return to this location and don't recommend anyone else to either. This was unacceptable in every way imaginable and I hope this employee is reprimanded. Negative 5 stars.
