Went last year with my friend and the manager must've left these young kids alone because everything was out of order or broken down.
i really want to give this place a five because i have never experienced a quality problem or a problem with workers. but in the past two days I've noticed a sudden drop in quality at this particular Tim Horton's. the coffee tasted really watery and almost in-consumable. it really turned me away, but i really hope this is a temporary issue, or i might have had bad luck in the past few days.
By far the WORST Tim Horton's!!!! They are never open on time. You're a coffee place, open up on time in the morning. It is 6:12am, people are heading to work and this location has not opened up yet. This is a daily occurrence. The Tim's Canalside is MUCH better and professionally ran!
They'll get your order right but there is always this guy lurking in the corner as you come in and he asks you for money. I don't know why they don't throw him out because he's in there every morning and he comes up behind people. He has to scare off customers.
Swarming with vagrants begging for change, sticky floors greet you as you enter. Everything feels dirty. Rude staff and coffee that tastes like they put cigarette ashes in with the beans. Oh and let's not forget the awful breakfast sandwiches that taste like ground up yoga mats. How does this public urinal of a coffee shop have more than 2 stars?
Horrible service
Dislocation has to be the slowest one in the city the coffee always tastes horrible and they're always arguing at each other please keep it moving and go to a different location
I did a Tim Hortons App order for. Ham Swiss Sandwich. I did check to make sure it was ham & the correct bread before I left. I didn’t fully open the sandwich. When I went to eat it they toasted the roll (I did not asked to be done) I had Orange American Cheese on it, instead of Swiss. I tried calling the store no one picked up. My drink I ordered was not correct either. The service there is poor. They act like customers are invisible when standing in line or just ignore them when they are trying to ask them a question. One worker a month ago was sitting on the counter by the cash register.
I went to main and court st in Buffalo,New York to purchase two breakfast sandwiches at 1:00 pm on Wednesday 8/4/21the gentleman who took care of my order was so unhinged because another employee went out of the store momentarily he became so outraged he gave me my bag less one order therefore i had on lunch.very,very unprofessional.
No seats..no egg bites. Coffee was bad. No napkins
