If I could give the staff 10 stars there I would. I stop here pretty regularly for breakfast and today I was a nucklehead and forgot my wallet. I asked the woman (i wish i caught her name) to please cancel my order because I didn't have my wallet. She paid for my tea and sandwich. I started crying. That is the nicest thing some random person has done for me. It was so sweet and unnecessary. I appreciate it 1000 times and will make sure to pass on the good energy. I joke that this Tim's is one of my favorites in Buffalo, now it 1000% is.

Tim's was wonderful.Courteous service and products i always enjoy.

After finally getting over my last Tim Horton's breakfast sandwich disappointment from 12/17 (at another store), I decided that I'll give it another shot. After a late night watching disappointing football, and having a few drinks, what could be better than a bagel sandwich? In this case, pretty much anything. Ordered a bagel BELT, but with sausage. Got back to my shop, bite in. Hmmmm, yep, tastes like egg, tomato, lettuce, cheese...so far, so good. Awwww, missing a key ingredient here. No sausage. So, this was my last Tim's visit for anything.

Lord they will find a way to mess up your morning before work. They don't even bother to give you cream and sugar if you ask for it. Always rude like it's bothering them to be there. Retire or find somewhere else to work.

The place is dirty and the staff is very rude and bad attitudes try to order coffee and breakfast and they kept messing up the order in drive thru and kept asking me what I want and the person in the drive thru starting swearing at me cause she kept messing up order like it was my fault drive the extra couple miles to a different Tim hortons it would be worth it

Yesterday I had a bad experience in this place. I walked to this place, I am in the hotel area in front of the airport, we are visitors. The staff were very rude to us. I went with a girl with a disability in a wheelchair and when I got to the place the front room was closed .. I went through the drive thru window and they told me that they would NOT sell us, and I had to go by car and they only sold by drive thru. They closed the window in my face and I felt humiliated since I just wanted to buy some food for her. Again I touched the glass and when they opened it I told them that their rudeness was not necessary and that I could not return to the hotel to find a vehicle walking with the girl in the wheelchair. When I insisted that they sell me food, finally the woman at the window told me with a bad attitude to pass by the front and they took my order. Was it necessary to put us through this bad moment?

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and this is what I got. I am at the airport location. One side has hardly any cream cheese on it.

couldn't get the order right cold breakfast sandwich

The staff experience left us feeling cold...or should I just say ignored. It's not that anything bad happened...just no answering questions, no effort to interact. I'm going to assume that this was an economic issue.

Staff were not friendly and had to ask US, if we got everything in our order. Some clearly had the tone of not wanting to be there. Also, my crossiant sandwhich was burned significantly on the edges all around.
