Just wanted to say I see how hard you work, especially when you do not have enough people. The young man with the nails makes my day with his kindness and big smile. They will remake anything you are unhappy with.
Worst store ever. Last three days coffee is the way you order it. I get two every morning and from this location it’s gross. You speed of service might be there but if your not making the drink right you have nothing! Spend less time on getting a dudes nails done and do your job right!!!!!!
Always out of eggs and hashbrowns on the weekend when I try to order. How do you run out of eggs constantly.

Went there for breakfast and they had no croissants, no sausage, and no hash browns. Left and went to a different Time Hortons.
I have been a customer almost daily at this location for the past last six months. I started driving out of my way because your location was the only one in the area that made coffee good. Their are four other locations within in a five minute drive that I can think of. well today I received the worst two cups of I've had from Tim Hortons in months!!! T/T w/pumpkin and a 3/4 w/pumpkin. These two cups tasted burnt with no sugar or pumpkin flavor at all. I'm not sure what employee had left and you had to replace. But this very disappointing service. Also I tried to call the location to let them know of the horrible experience. However the phone went to a fax machine service.
Tell the staff what “double toasted” means. I’ll ask for a double toasted bagel, and invariably it will be barely toasted. Quality has decreased.
This is a small Tim Hortons inside a gas station but don't let that fool you! The staff are efficient & courteous. They are always hustling back there. There is also a drive thru which has the newer, updated digital menu board, which is super easy to read.
