Wait time is a gamble for drive-thru. Sometimes it's fast, other times it's too slow. It is what it is. Morning rush can be like that. My only real complaint is 7 out of 10 times I've ordered a vanilla cream cold brew, they don't make it right at all, and it tastes terrible.
Nothing worst than lazy staff during what looked like change over. No sausage, no bacon, no eggs. Only bagels and donuts they said at 730am. What are you selling Timmy!? Oh and I ask for espresso on the coffee and got robbed because there wasn't any in the cup. This store is a joke. Hire a manager that can get people willing to do their job.
Nasty chicken at the front window beyond rude. Wanted to pay for my order and 2 cars behind me she told me she was on a timer .. gave me attitude huffed and puffed and gave me every excuse and they can't do that. Asked for her name and would not give it to me she shut the window . Will be calling corporate and you will get fired . Thank you for your hospitality as I have came every morning to this location for 3 years spending atleast 4$ a day . You will not receive my money anymore until this lady is removed she doesn't belong as an employee here . Maybe not anywhere with the attitude .
Why is this location open. 24/7? Timmy Ho's focus is supposed ro be coffee. This location can't do that right. I used the drive thru at 4 am and ordered a dark roast coffee 1 and 1. I got tepid flavorless water. I tried to order a bagel because we were going on a train trip and needed food for the road. "No food service " was the answer. Not "I'm sorry we don't start serving until..." Just as well considering how awful the coffee was. I should have known better because this location's drive thru service is notoriously rude.
The slowest service I ever seen at a tim Hortons restaurant. Beyond slow and they stand their talking while people are waiting over 15 minutes for their orders. Sad. Hinman Tim’s is faster I would go there over this place anyday.
This is the second time that the Tim Hortons Dark Roast has let me down. This time it was absolutely a pour over and I could tell!!! If the man had told me that I was getting a pour over i would have just got regular coffee!!! Need to step up yall customer service, seriously!!! Brought up on this coffee for 20 years 10 years gone and over it!!!
Order was cold and biscuits were stale! I ordered in the store waited in the store and still.

Came there on Christmas eve to buy gift cards for christmas and mistakenly locked my keys and phone in my car while there. Once I noticed I had done so, I Came back in store and asked young guy named Peter can I use a phone to call AAA to help me unlock my car. At which time he explained NO customer is allowed to use their phones under any circumstances. I was very offended not only because I just spent $75 on gift cards but, also because its Christmas eve and he was very callous about the situation. For a place that I visit daily and spend my hard earned on to treat me as such is totally disgusting. I'll be spending my $ elsewhere where it's appreciated!
